  Of the several contractors that I interviewed for an enhanced siding/insulation/gutters installation, Caleb Gouge and company presented and performed measurably above every competitor. Amid lingering snow, ice and more, company personnel surveyed our home, listened carefully to our specific and demanding requirements, and said this: "We can do exactly what you want." Not only did they tailor the work to some specific little things, but with excellent workmanship and a still reasonable price. Of course there were a few problems. Like a top notch organization should, they regrouped, bounced back and got it done. We are pleased, satisfied, and will give hearty recommendation to any who seek the affordable best in the area. ** Edit, about a year later. A few midline errors and mistakes became evident that required correction. The process of getting the contractor to make good was rough, and I must withdraw my Goodwill recommendation. Before you sign and pay on your contract, be sure to have clarity on how such workmanship issues will be handled. I supplied clear photo documentation of their mistakes, and was all but shown the door. Very displeased.

  They came to my house to review the job, they seemed nice and told me how good their company was and promised me a quote within a week, then they ghosted me. Not very professional, caused me to burn almost two weeks waiting for them.

  We just had Gouge quality roofing completely replace our office roofing. They did a great job! Quality installation, clear communication, and a great crew. Would highly recommend them for any roofing work!

  We had a roof leak around my very large stone chimney. I am very pleased with the extensive work that needed to be done to do a proper permanent repair. Great communication about process and prompt service.

  I had gouge roofing repair some missing shingles. Matt inspected my roof and had to order the matching shingles. He did everything he said he would do and when he said he would do it. Tino did the work when the shingles came in. It was done with in a day or two of when they got them. I would use them again

  We had hail damage and were at the mercy of our insurance company until we spoke to Jeff. He and Gouge explained the insurance process and advocated for us and we ended up with a full roof replacement covered by insurance (vs. the initial offer of only 30%)
