Robot/bot answers Phone calls. Mispronounced my last name continuously, I finally gave up. They're asking your name your husband's name your dog's name your children's name... I felt as if I'm being interrogated. 90 minutes "Complementary" Evaluation appointment. After about 10 minutes on the phone - Got my name , Got my address I asked to make an appointment; "I will need to transfer you to a different department to Schedule your appointment, But first let me ask you a few more questions..." That is when I hung up! Impossible to fill out application on the website. There's a glitch. It's asking for your phone number and then email but it's prompting you to enter your phone number twice! This is a fraudulent Company, Something is majorly wrong with them!

I got my estimate and project was to start in three months. It was to take four days. Dave forgot to order my shingles and had to settle for less than I wanted. Tear off crew was great and finished in just over a day. Then due to apparent …

I hired River Roofing to replace our roof after accepting a bid and signing a contract with Alan Ranch, who was completely professional. The total cost in the contract I signed was $12,250.00 and required a down-payment of $3,000.00. A date was set for the project, but over the next 4 months it was changed 3 times. The day before our original start date I got a message "reminding" me that the crew would be there at 7 am the next morning. The crew came and tore the old roof off and was very careful to clean up all the debris. They even swept the property with a magnetic strip. Things started to go wrong when they came back (almost a week later) to finish the job and I asked to talk to the project manager about replacing the barges above the porch. This was something I had discussed with Alan when I signed the original contract. He gave me an estimate and said that if we wanted to add it that an addendum to the contract would have to be made before the work commenced. One of the crew members referred me to someone named Dave who was now in charge of our project. Dave never came to the site but called me back and gave me an estimate over $5,000.00 more than the one I got from Alan. I declined. The crew replaced one side of the roof then left (presumably for lunch) around 12. They left all their tools (several still hooked up to an air compressor on the ground), all the roofing material and a large open cardboard box perched on the ridgeline of the roof. The power cords were wrapped around pallets of roofing, also perched precariously on the ridgeline and hanging off the side of the house. We have a small child who could have easily pulled thousands of pounds of material down on his head with one tug. I called the office at the end of the day when it was obvious that the crew would not be returning and told them about the unsafe jobsite. Dave showed up to pick everything up and told me the crew had probably gone to finish another job. Then he accused me of lying about w

We have been so sorry we did business with this company. We have had nothing but problems. Sever leaks causing inside damage and they never would stand behind their work

Yes, I have procrastinated on giving my feedback because the process went so smoothly, from the roof inspection, a thorough presentation of my options, and the actual work. Even though I took day trips to Sisters and Florence, I was around enough to be impressed with the professionalism and teamwork of their workers. The kicker happened yesterday. Rick, their roof inspector, came by to measure the temperature in my attic. He chose a time where the outside temperature was the same. He’s going to come up with a plan to lower it even more without any additional expense. Can’t beat that.

I had a 45 year old breezeway and carport roof with multiple areas of gutter and dry rot issues that several potential contractors failed to get back to me. River Roofing provided a timely quote and quality construction, additionally addressing a couple of design flaws that went back to when the house was built. I am pleased with the work and recommend them.

Brandon must have climbed the ladder (25ft) a hundred times. Ronny made sure everything was just right. The roof windows open manually and have solar powered r/c shades. The attic is well lit.
