Picture Perfect Roofing and Construction was able to complete replacement of the roof on my father's house on very short notice. In order to complete the sale of the house, it was determined the roof needed to be replaced and new vent work completed, as well. From the time we got the quote to the day the work was completed was only 10 days - right in the middle of the summer season! We agreed on a date, the crew showed up on time, and they were completed that same day. In this specific instance, I was dealing with Duva, the owner, over the phone as I live out of town and was managing this remotely. Leading up to the actual work date, Duva was responsive and kept me appraised on all aspects of the job prior a single shingle coming off. I was able to make it to the job site that morning, but just missed meeting Duva. However, he has an excellent young foreman named Noel who was able to meet me on site and answer all my questions, show me what their progress was to that point, and clarified the vent replacements and upgrades as planned. Since I had to leave town later that morning, Duva sent me a bunch of photos of the completed roof that afternoon. Everything looked great in the pictures, but most importantly, the house Buyer and his inspector were very pleased with the work. On a related note, I had called Duva numerous times before, during and after the job, and every time he was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, patient and understanding, and always looking for the best way to keep the customer - me - happy and informed. Great job by Duva and his team at Picture Perfect Roofing!!

Duvalier Delivered on this one Outstanding Quality, Fair Price, and Flawless Craftsmanship! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ If you are looking for a roofer who delivers top-tier craftsmanship at an fair, reasonable price, look no further. We recently had a full roof installation done, and the experience from start to finish was exceptional. In-Depth Workmanship & Quality The quality of the roof itself is outstanding. You can immediately tell they take immense pride in their trade—there were zero shortcuts taken: Precision Installation: The shingle courses are perfectly aligned, and the ridge lines are clean and sharp, giving the whole home a fantastic finish. Flawless Flashing & Sealing: All the critical leak-prone areas—around the valleys, plumbing vents, and chimneys—were flashed and sealed with meticulous detail. Durability & Ventilation: The underlying protection and ridge ventilation were installed flawlessly, ensuring the roof isn't just visually appealing, but built to withstand heavy weather and last for decades. Pricing & Value Finding a contractor who provides this level of expertise at such a fair rate is rare. The quote was transparent, competitive, and honest—no hidden fees or last-minute add-ons. You truly get premium-grade work without the bloated markup. Professionalism & Cleanliness The crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and respected the property throughout the job. Teardown was handled neatly, and their post-job cleanup was remarkable. They ran magnetic sweeps across the yard multiple times to make sure no stray nails were left behind. Bottom Line: High-end quality, fair pricing, and true reliability. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again or recommend them to anyone needing solid, dependable roofing work!

Got a great deal and quality work from Picture Perfect on a new roof and some extras, thanks to Duva's generous first-reponder discount. Due to some change orders, they weren't able to complete the job in short order and had to schedule an additional day, but they showed up a couple of hours later and made sure that the roof was protected from any rain that might fall in the meantime. There's a lot of peace of mind in knowing that the job was done right. Thank you, Picture Perfect, for the professional treatment and shared expertise!

Duva and his team were quick to respond to an emergency, when the ceiling collapsed due to a leak from a pipe that went to nowhere. They mitigated the damage quickly, and repaired the ceiling, floor, and everything else beautifully. Highly recommend!
