Strictly on there driving. Pulled out in front of me causing me to have to slam on the brakes plus the car heading the other direction. After that made the next right turn

Came to give quote, was a bit braggy and overconfident in customer interaction. Stated he would email quote by the next night. It never came. Declined to give me quote for metal roof, stating he could not get materials. I contacted him …

Poor communication. Didn’t finish job until we notified him 3 times. Didn’t show up for days after telling us he’d be here. Very frustrating. The workers did a good job. We were pleased with the work when it was finally done.

Completely unprofessional. The owner of the company was very aggressive when I questioned him about his business etiquette.

I am sure they are great if you can actually get a quote from them. The guy that came out that talked to me seemed nice and knowledgeable and because of that customer service I can't fault him. But unfortunately like every other contractor in Lane County you can't get them to give you a quote. So if you wanna be left hanging then.....

They got us in early, the workers were self-manageable and the results look great. Casey is friendly to work with.

The roof and solar tubes were started and completed on time and for the exact price quoted. The crew was polite, friendly, and professional. The quality of work looks excellent.

Casey and his crew were great from start to finish. I got a competitive bid. Casey kept in touch with me to arrange the start of the job. Once started they finished in 3 days! The crew cleaned up around the whole house every day! I even got a call the day after the job was finished because they had noticed that the chimmney flu needed to be cleaned really bad. I couldn't be happier and highly recommend them.

They did great and even got us in early, It took the exact amount of time that he told us it would to complete the job (only a day and a half). Casey helped us get financing and was very professional. If you want the job done right, this is a good place to go.

A very positive experience Workers really worked. As a person responsible for safety for a large company, I noticed they were using OSHA required safety equipment. It was nice to see at quitting time all trash was picked up and removed and a magnet used to pick up any nails in the area. Best of all I was concerned when I noticed the large ply-board being hoisted to the roof, which means dry rot and a jump in cost. Happily The bill did did not reflect an increase I had imagined, thus a job well done and a very reasonable price.
