I called to get a quote done. It took them 20 days and I had to call them back to be informed that they decided not to bid on my roof they never bothered to tell me contact me or anything. I'm a little discouraged with them. I don't recommend them to anybody because they don't even tell you that they're not going to do your roof. I asked for a quote and I couldn't even get that

We had a large amount of wind damage on our old roof and needed a new one. After getting 3 estimates, River City was not only the best price, it was also the best customer service. Jamie came to our house twice to give us options and explain warranty. The other two companies sent us a bid in the mail and never followed up. The crew did an excellent job and they cleaned up after themselves. I will recommend River City Roofing to everyone from now on. Thank you for such a great job!

River City did a fantastic job on our place! They were thorough, on time and even helped go the extra mile by replacing a piece of our garage door frame after we discovered a bit of rot that we wanted taken care of. Jaime and Charity were a breeze to work with and always responsive. Definitely plan to use them again if we need to!
