  Had a roof put on some time ago. It is still under warranty for product and labor. The first leak I had after it was replaced I called and left several messages before I reached a rude lady in the office. Explained to her what was going on. She said she'd look into it. Never heard back. I call again was told she would talk to him. Took me getting upset and telling them I'd have another company come out and repair it and then come after them legally to get my money back. They had someone out next day to fix it, 15 min fix. Had another issue a few months from that. Had to call several times before they came out. Again it was a 15 min repair. Now I have another spot that is leaking. I have waited a month to hear from them. Again it took me getting upset for someone to come look at the situation. It was his son. He said I'll have someone come out Monday to fix it. Here it is Tuesday and no one came out. I called. Rios himself picked up said for me to call this afternoon when I got home to have someone come out. I called. The lady had no idea what I was talking about. She called me back said his son would call me in a little bit. That was around 3:30 or so today. Here it is 6:28 and no call. Will never suggest thus company to anyone. Infact I do the exact opposite.

  They were on time and did a very good job. Had them do the siding and painting as well. Very happy with end product.

  I’ve known Pete for over 30 years and considered him a friend. I’ve recommended Rios Roofing to numerous friends over those 30 years. When I had storm damage to my home and shop roofs last year, I called Pete. My roof was leaking and Pete needed work for his men. It was late December 2026 and some of his men needed money to go home to Mexico for Christmas. So, I advanced him $20,000 so he could get started. 1st mistake! I then filed a claim with my insurance. While the insurance claim was being processed, I finished paying Rios for the remaining roof installation out of pocket $15,000 upon completion. 2nd mistake! I wasn’t too worried since everything moves slow at Christmas. After Christmas, I proceeded with the insurance claim. My insurance requested a detailed breakdown of the work before they could pay. Pete said they have never provided a detailed breakdown of any of their jobs???? As a result, insurance only reimbursed me about half of the total cost. He repeatedly refused to provide me a detailed estimate for the job, even after several requests. I strongly recommend that if you consider Rios Roofing for any work that you get a detailed description of the work before they begin and NEVER pay them up front for anything. Let Rios deal directly with your insurance company and then you pay the balance. I learned the hard way and it cost me several thousand dollars $$$. They do good work. They aren’t cheap and Pete can be a little high pressure getting you to sign on the dotted line, but they do good work. David

  Had a problem with our roof at our office. Called spoke to Mr. Rios he sent someone out that day. They did the repair the next day. Fast, and hassle free service. One of the best consumer experience I have had in a long time. Highly recommend you give them a call if you have a problem with your roof.

  Rios Roofing replaced my shed roof. Awesome job, Pete. Sent 4 guys & had job done in about 4 hrs, including clean up. Very reasonably priced.

  Rios roofing and construction added a patio on the back of our house. They did an incredible job, workers were excellent, came early and stayed late to finish. Cleaned up every day, we highly appreciate and recommend them . Mr Pete and Eric was here every day and responded very fast to us.

  I have to put my two cents in, even though it was almost 15 years ago. I loved dealing with them. They did a great job and roof was doing great until Beryl. So I will be calling tomorrow to get them to come out for an estimate. Now that's a stamp of approval. Old River-Winfree appreciates them.

  Me. Rios and his staff did an amazing job on repairing and replacing a leaky roof. Came out for an estimate and started the same day and were completely done by second day. Would recommend to anyone.

  Mr. Rios came out within 1hr after I called them to get an estimate & just the way that Mr. Rios cared about what my family & I where currently dealing with and the reasonable estimate that I received that helped me come up with the decision to contact Rios Construction & Roofing and let Mr. Rios know that I was going with his company to fix my roof.   I called Rios roofing to help with the installation of an attic fan. Mr. Rios came over and said he could install the fan and pointed out my roof was 19 years old and it was time for a new roof. He also did both of my neighbors roofs. He gave me a great deal but I was even more pleased with the professional team members. They guys were fantastic. They showed up at 6:00am and worked all day. They got the roof completed in a day and a half and picked up everything. Not one nail or piece of trash left behind. I highly recommend Rios roofing. A proud local family business with a great reputation!
