  this was a soffitt, fascia, drip edge replacement from wood to pvc. Rainwater is still leaking through the fascia, so something has not been done correctly. The motto of "done right the first time" does not apply to this experience. The project managers solution is to add gutter aprons. Trust is gone .

  Very very strange guys. I called for an estimate but couldn’t get him out of my house fast enough. Very creepy guy.

  Very disappointed, person who came to give appraisal didn't seem like he wanted to be there. Didn't write down anything that I was hoping to get done. Gave the highest guess quote compared to other companies that came. Never sent actual quote that he said he would send to email. Overall very unprofessional!

We typically send proposals within 1–2 business days; with a Friday visit, that’s usually early the following week. Our system also shows that our sales rep captured photos and detailed notes during the visit, and your estimate was already in progress when the review was posted on September 6. Since then, we’ve called, emailed, and texted multiple times specifically to make this right and get your quote to you immediately; the texts show as read, but we haven’t been able to connect.   Irresponsible at best!! They came took pictures and left me hanging! They never got back to me. I DO NOT RECAMEND THIS COMPANY, absolutely pathetic, dont wast your time!

  Rinaldi Brothers just completed our roof replacement. From Brandon’s estimate and educating us on the process. To Amanda’s communication on the planning and scheduling. Then Milton and his crew who showed up on time and kept me in the loop throughout the job. Milton and his crew did a great job, very attentive to details, not just with the workmanship but clean up as well. I highly recommend them.

  Had Rinaldi do repairs on my roof stemming from the January 2026 blizzard. Matt and Amanda were super helpful and easy to deal with getting it scheduled. Johnny and Mario and their crew were amazing. They were on time, courteous and hard working. New roof looks amazing and they left the property spotless. Highly recommend Rinaldi.

  Our experience with Rinaldi Brothers was nothing but wonderful James Who did our inspection Was such an amazing help on top of everything from beginning to end he was in constant contact with us making sure our experience was nothing but what anyone would hope it to be above and beyond is what I would call it from pointing us in the right direction of where and how to go about everything , Milton the project Manager was also Amazing from keeping us posted with updates constantly keeping us informed about how our roof is coming along overall was Nothing but an awesome experience this company is highly recommended you will not be disappointed

  Dave Condit, Sales Representative, was timely, courteous, and knowledgeable regarding the replacement of my roofing tile, and replacement of plywood as well as chimney sealant.   From start to finish Rinaldi impressed. Their lead person, Elliott Gang, came to explain the options, answered all questions - no hard sell, just professionalism answering all my questions. And he stayed with the project from start to finish. Adriano, the roofing installation manager was thorough and polite. His roofing installers were pros. And Amanda my office contact was terrific and made the bidding and execution process seamless. I’ve never dealt with a more professional, respectful and helpful team…a tribute to Rinaldi Roofers.   Look no further than Rinaldi for your roofing needs. They put on GAF HDZ Oyster Gray Asphalt Roof and it looks fantastic. Excellent communication throughout, competitive and transparent pricing, and most importantly, very high-quality work. Kaleb, Mario and Johnny were terrific to work with. And with barefoot kids and a dog, I appreciate the extra attention they gave looking for nails on the ground afterwards!

  Nick, Johnny and the team did a great job replacing our roof and fixing the area where we had ice damage. They were, prompt and communicated with us before during and after the work. We really appreciate that they shared pictures of the issues and the work in progress. I recommend them to anyone who wants their roof done right!!

  Rinaldi Brothers Roofing just finished reroofing our house and studio. Our neighbors recommended them and Brendan showed up that day. He went thro all the necessary details to code. He sent a quote the next day and it was reasonable. He and the project manager Mathew were readily available via text and calls.(They both love dogs) They showed up two weeks later and their workers were good about protecting my flower beds. Most importantly the roof looks fantastic. They had the perfect color for the shingles. Couldn't be happier.
