WHAT A PLEASURE....In July, we hired the Rinaldi Brothers to shingle our 1900 Victorian with woven cedar shingle corners. The crew did an incredible job, and they worked thru some of the hottest days of the month. Our project manager, Jefferson was terrific. We had excellent communication with him. He was very available each day checking the progress at the job site and answering any questions we might have. He kept everything moving along smoothly. Such great customer service !! His team, Jonathan and Victor to name a few, were excellent skilled craftsman( particulary with woven corner shingles which are not the easiest to put up) incredibly diligent, professional and respectful. In summary we would say .... the project was completed in a timely fashion, they provided great customer service and beautifully restored the siding to our lovely 1900 Victorian farmhouse. We would recommend them without question !

From start to finish, I had an extremely positive experience working with Nick and Matt Rinaldi and their sales lead James Votto. I needed a new roof because I wanted to add solar panels and it made sense to replace my 36 year old roof before I made that investment. I sought bids from three roofing companies that I knew operated in my area, and they were all pretty close in price. So that meant I had to dig into the details of the proposals like flashing, trim work around the three skylights, and how the new chimney cap would be fabricated. They had the best answers to all of my questions, and the installation process was fascinating to watch. All materials were delivered the day before along with the dumpster to hold the old shingles. A team of 8, ably supervised by Milton Monterrosa, worked for 12 hours on day 1 at a pace that was remarkable to watch. The work ethic they displayed was incredible. I was pleased to see that they were using good safety equipment while working on my steeply pitched roof. The crew returned the next day for about two hours to finish the job: shingling my shed out back, fabricating a beautiful new custom chimney cap, and trimming the interior of the the three new skylights. Then it was all hands doing a very thorough cleanup, including using a magnet roller over all the grounds to pick up any loose nails. In summary, they thought of everything and had all the supplies and skills to do a really great job. They have my highest recommendation for their work product and they were personally impressive fine young men building a strong business.

We are new to the East Greenwich Rhode Island area and selected Rinaldi Brothers Roofing after reading a number of online reviews of local roofing companies. We couldn't be happier with the selection. We called and asked for an evaluation of our roof to address work suggested by our home inspector. A representative from Rinaldi Brothers arrived on time, spent a half an hour or so going over the exterior of our home, provided a comprehensive review and estimate, and we selected them for the job. We had flashing redone around the chimney area and new gutters installed. The new gutters were made onsite, are of high quality, and included leaf guards. They are significantly beefier than the old gutters and very firmly attached to the house with an internal screw-in system. The team that installed the gutters were here when they said they would be and were very efficient. The old gutters were removed, new gutters installed, and the area cleaned up, all in a day. The crew was very polite, professional, and answered any questions I had. We couldn't be happier with the results. I will be calling Rinaldi Brothers for any future roofing work and will gladly recommend them to neighbors and friends. Really outstanding job, thank you!

We recently utilized Rinaldi Brothers Roofing to replace our roof. Every associate of this company was exceptional. Brandon assisted with the initial inspection and answered many questions we had. Johnny and Matthew were the onsite managers and they kept checking in with us throughout the replacement which took two days. The crew working on the roof were very thorough and because we had an inground pool in the back of our home they removed the old roof shingles over the front which kept our pool sparkling. I highly recommend Rinaldi brothers Roofing.

After contacting at least eight siding contractors to repair the loose siding on our dormers after powerful wind and rainstorms damaged our home, I had almost given up. The loose siding flapped loudly through many windy nights. Three contractors who inspected the damage told me the siding was no longer manufactured and couldn't be replaced. Their suggestions were to cover the damaged areas with a tarp or wood. Others never returned my calls or simply asked me to email photos. Matt Rinaldi and James Votto from Rinaldi Brothers then came to assess the damage. They helped me navigate the insurance process to replace the siding, and James stayed with us every step of the way, patiently answering the insurance adjuster's questions for nearly four months. The result? My claim was approved, and the Rinaldi Brothers delivered a professional installation, completed on time.

Very new to the area of Rhode Island and was in need of a new roof for my Dad’s house in Northkingstown. I interviewed several companies and was really impressed when I met Elliott at Rinaldi Brothers. He knew what was needed without the typical upsell you would normally expect. Once I chose Rinaldi Brothers for the job, I was equally impressed with the office personnel especially Amanda who was the project manager for my job, my situation was that I lived in Michigan and needed to have this done remotely and I couldn’t have been in better hands to get this project done. Once the work started and was present to witness the tear off and replacement, I was impressed with the entire team and how well they protected and cleaned up every night and after the project was completed. Easy to communicate with and addressed a gutter issue that I had with an easy and low-cost solution, Thank you Milton! Customer service is alive and well at Rinaldi Brothers and certainly is part of their DNA. I just wish they had an office in Michigan.

I truly can’t recommend Rinaldi’s enough! They were so responsive, knowledgeable and genuinely kind. What stood out to me wasn’t just the quality of their work, but the way they treated me throughout the process. They always took the time to answer my questions, explain things clearly and make sure I felt comfortable with every decision. No matter how many times I called or texted, they were patient, helpful and quick to respond. Nick and Johnny really went above and beyond and were such a pleasure to work with! I am so so grateful for all their help and patience. From the first time I called after my roof damage, they have been so committed to helping me and made the entire experience so much easier than I ever expected. And now I have the best looking roof on the street! Thank you guys so so much!!

We highly recommend Rinaldi Brothers Roofing for roof replacement. Elliot Gang was very conscientious in helping us secure insurance coverage for our damaged roof. Johnny Agoros, the project manager did an excellent job overseeing the project. The crew worked very hard and did a great job cleaning the work site every night before leaving. Johnny made sure that we were entirely satisfied with the end result before signing off. We would definitely hire them again for another project.
