By far, the most professional company I have dealth with in AZ. From the estimator, knowledgeable, helpful, provided all info needed to make the deal work, to the last cleanup, and inspection by Donny, a fantastic …

Right Way replaced our roof four years ago. They were on time, cleaned up afterwards and kept us informed every step of the way. They were the best quote we received and honest. While the other roofing companies all claimed we needed new tile, they used our old tile and replaced the underlayment. Fast forward four years later - a monsoon caused our neighbors shed to strike our roof - damaging our tile. Right Way was my first call - they replaced the cracked and broken tiles quickly at a reasonable price. They are my go to and I have recommended them to all of my neighbors. I highly recommend them (and it is a woman owned company!)

We picked RWR for their good reviews. We were not disappointed. Underlayment on the roof needed replacement and our flat porch roof recoated. The crew sent to do these tasks were professional and courteous. Everyday the materials were …

Sarah, it's great to hear the project went smoothly despite the storms and heat delays. Javier will be glad to know his communication and updates made a real difference for you, and we'll pass along the kind words to him and the crew. The daily cleanup, the progress photos, and holding payment until inspection are all things we stand behind, so we're glad those details stood out. We appreciate the recommendation to your friend and hope to help them just as well.

It was my first time with this company , first time doing my roof. The interaction with the person I met first was great, his name is Troy. If I had a question and sent him a text or call he would respond right away. When if came time for the work to be done on the roof was another thing. I had to do the asking of who do I talk to if something went wrong. On the first night the weather was bad. Windy with the chance of rain. I didn't know who to call. I called Troy, no answer I called Donny and text and let him know that the tarp they put on the roof was coming off. He called me back assured me that the worker had nailed it down and wouldn't come off. I went up on the ladder to take a picture so that he can see that wasn't the case. Only then did he send the worker over to secure it. The next day I noticed that my ladder was being used. At the end of the day my ladder was placed in the front with their ladders. The time came when the Polyurethane foam needed to be laid , the worker that was going to place it was in a rush and was asking if I was going to move my cars so that he can get his company truck set in place, he kept rushing me .The work of laying down the black lying that has tar, they weren't careful and got some on my outdoor rug that I had just purchased. Donny said he would replace it , I haven't received nothing yet. When it came down to do the walk through to see if everything was completed, my security camera was placed back , also my vent from the water heater was not connected. I had to go around my home and pointed it out to them, the camera was connected back with a black wire and my vent had to be cut down. They left a long big pipe in my lawn. I wish my experience would of been a different one since it was my first using Right Way Roofing to fix my roof. I did have the carport and a small area on the other side of the house that needed to be done. I'm glad that I didn't proceed with it to be included with my roof. No communication on who was i

Thanks, Linda! Punctual crews, a clean site, and an estimate that actually matches the final bill are things we work hard to get right every time. Really glad the whole project came together the way it should, and we appreciate the recommendation.

Rupa, this kind of review means a lot. Glad John walked you through everything upfront and that Jerry kept things running smoothly on-site. A 50-year roof with O'Hagan vents on a 31-year-old home is a serious upgrade, and it sounds like it turned out exactly the way it should. We'll pass your words along to John and Jerry, and we're here if you ever need anything down the road.

This really could not have gone any better. The person who came out to do the estimate was a former roofing crew boss -- as opposed to just some salesman -- and it was obvious he knew his stuff. No pressure, told me I had a month to accept …
