Frank and his team did a fantastic job sealing up our roof from birds destroying entry points. They showed up on time and cleaned up before they left. You wouldn’t even know they were here except for the professional job they did on securing our roof from birds. The free quote was through, the timing for setting up an appointment and work performed was outstanding. We would definitely recommend Gen2Roofing. Thank you Frank and team.

Poor Frank arrived at my condo and saw the WORST roof he has ever seen. Cannot say that now! He and his crew jumped right on that challenge and now I have the BEST roof in the area and now other people are going to get new roofs. Excellent price, communications and work. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Gen2Roofing.

This company is amazing! I needed a roof inspection for the warranty company. Frank came, did a free inspection, submitted photos with a few things that needed to be fixed, and after approval he came and repaired everything in a matter of a few hours. I totally recommend them! Incredible service! Thank you Gen2Roofing

We are selling our home and during inspection, there were some issues with our roof. I reached out to Frank with Gen2Roofing, explaining my stresses and worries about costs to repair. Frank came out and took a look, instantly calmed my fears by showing me that what sounded like a disaster from the inspector was a very simple fix for his crew and he would write up exactly what was done to rectify the issues and included a warranty with his work. Gen2Roofing’s crew were all super friendly and professional. Their prices and quality of work can’t be beat either! As much as no one would ever wish for roof issues, I at least know who I’ll be calling if I have any issues again. Thanks Frank and the whole “Gen2 crew”!

Frank and the crew at Gen2Roofing did solid work on my roof. They power washed it, sealed up the cracks and roof penetrations, and put down a multi-coat elastomeric coating to protect against ponding water. They were punctual, kept the job site clean, and the finished work looks amazing. Quality work at a fair price! Would hire them again and recommend them to anyone needing roofing work. Thank you Frank!

It's just one cracked tile...Right? Not Exactly. Cracked and broken tiles create openings that can expose the underlayment underneath to rain, moisture, and Arizona's intense sun. The longer it's exposed, the faster that protective layer can deteriorate and once the underlayment starts failing, leaks and costly repairs can follow. A few damaged tiles may be a small repair TODAY. Ignoring them could mean a much bigger repair TOMORROW. Schedule your free roof inspection TODAY so you can be prepared TOMORROW. 2 days agoCall now
