I had a leak in one of my commercial buildings. I hired several bids to fix it. All About Roofing was the first and Travis stated that the underlayment has started to decay and spiderweb due to its age and he wanted to have half the entire …

We respect that you chose to get multiple opinions that's every property owner's right, and we often recommend it ourselves. However, suggesting that All About Roofing was trying to sell work that wasn't needed is simply not accurate. Roofing is not always black and white. Different contractors can have different opinions based on their experience, inspection methods, and what they believe is the best long term solution. Our recommendation was made in good faith based on what we observed at the time of our inspection. We don't benefit from giving dishonest assessments our reputation has been built on providing honest evaluations and quality workmanship. We're glad you discovered the roof was still under warranty and were able to pursue that option. That doesn't mean our assessment was dishonest; it simply means you had another avenue available to address the issue. As business owners, we stand behind our recommendations and our integrity. We encourage every customer to do their research, ask questions, and choose the contractor they trust. We're confident in the professionalism and honesty that All About Roofing brings to every inspection.

There was quality issues and no resolution. A crew member told me they replaced broken tiles as per agreement but I checked and they only applied sealant. Total dishonesty! I am still waiting for them to correct their mistakes.

We had a disappointing experience with All About Roofing in Surprise. The main issue for us was the extremely high-pressure sales approach. Instead of feeling like we were getting honest information and time to consider our options, it felt like we were being pushed to make a decision on the spot. A roofing project is a big investment, and we expected a more professional, consultative experience. Unfortunately, the sales tactics made the whole interaction uncomfortable and left a bad impression. Our “salesperson” called us four times and even showed up at our house when we didn’t answer. The calls didn’t stop until we explicitly told him to stop contacting us. At one point he was even yelling questions at us as our garage door was closing, asking if the price was too high. That kind of behavior felt very inappropriate and unprofessional. Based on our experience, we would not recommend them.

We aim to provide a consultative, respectful experience where homeowners feel informed and comfortable making decisions at their own pace. We understand that a roofing project is a significant investment, and you should never feel pressured. We take your concerns seriously and will be addressing this internally with our team.

America Roofing is by far the worst roofing company here in the valley. they came to “replace” my chipped roof tiles but instead just took them off never replacing them thinking we wernt going to find out. The ROC needs to take a closer look at the work yall are doing. if i could leave a ZERO star i would.

At first I thought the job was well done. I had inquired for a quote because there was a leak I'm my bedroom ceiling near my window. I believed that it came form the spurt located there, but the representative of the three companies that I contacted dismissed my opinion and said that the flat roof covering was very damaged and the leak was coming from there. Since that roof was forty years old and had I'm mind to replace the whole thing already (flat roof and tile) I hire All About Roofing because their price was the same or cheaper than the other companies, but the estimate was more detailed and included more trim replacement. At the time I insisted with Jake Gosta, the representative, that I wanted ALL rotten or damaged wood to be replaced. When the job was completed, it seemed to be well done, EXCEPT that when came the next storm the leak was still there. I couldn't believe it. I text Jake who sent a team that applied another coat of foam to the flat roof without contacting and asking where the leak is! Next storm, the leak is still there. I text Jake again and was promised that someone will come, to no avail. Next storm came and I contacted the office this time and complained about the whole situation. Five days later, they sent someone who at least looked at the leak and acknowledged that it seemed to be at the spurt, but whatever product they would put, it was done the same day as a storm would come and although the leak would lesser, it was still there. It took THREE more attempts to finally get it right and in the meantime I couldn't repair the bedroom ceiling. Now I have to paint my house and in the process of scraping the peeling paint from one of the wood trim I was concerned about and was told that it was fine at the time of the estimate, I find out that the wood is rotten and the whole trim needs to be replaced. Now I have to waste more time taking pictures, emailing them with a complain to their office, wait two or three days before call

Had a couple roof shingles torn off during the last storm. Couldn't immediately find the last installers info. Called here. They sent out a guy for a quote. He said "the only thing we can do for you is for you to try to submit a insurance claim to get half your roof replaced." The roof is 10 years old. Luckily i found the original installers info and he will help. But seems this company is more interested in trying to get big insurance money rather than doing a 500 dollar or so job, with no regard to the customer. Told the guy to leave and won't be working with them. Also asked why that was the only option. He said "we can't warranty other companies work." Just wanted a few shingles fixed.

On August 16 All About Roofing installed a new tile roof on my home. Jason was my project manager. Took 4 days in the blazing sun but they put on a very nice roof. The workers cleaned up the area around the home daily. It looks good. They did what they said they would do, the price was good and the office staff let me know ahead of time what was going to happen and when it was happening. Jason came out and inspected the roof upon completion and explained anything I had a question about. You won't be sorry these people know what they are doing and I am a hard to please person some would say.

If you're looking for an honest roofing company that puts integrity at the center of their business, I can't recommend All About Roofing enough. Our house is approaching 30 years old and we wanted to get a roof inspection to give us a solid baseline and repair any potential damage that may exist. Jared came out to inspect our roof, and he was fantastic from start to finish. He was incredibly knowledgeable, completed a very thorough inspection, and took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. What impressed us most was his honesty. He never once tried to pressure us into unnecessary repairs or work just to make a sale. Instead, he gave us a realistic assessment of our roof's condition and recommendation for upgrading the underlayment when the time is right. That kind of transparency is rare, and it gives us the opportunity to budget and plan ahead with confidence. It's refreshing to work with a company that values long-term relationships over quick sales. When it's time for that project, we won't even be shopping around because we'll absolutely be using All About Roofing. Thank you, Jared, for the outstanding service!
