Frontline Consultants LLC showed poor work ethics during my roof project. They caused damage, refused responsibility, and ignored professional repair documentation I provided. Their lack of transparency and accountability made this a highly negative experience

What should have been a straightforward roof replacement turned into one of the most stressful and frustrating experiences our family has ever dealt with. …

Vince, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We're sorry to hear that you feel this way. We want to clarify a few important facts for anyone reading this review. The roof installation itself was completed properly and in accordance with applicable building codes. The remaining balance on your account is for the completed roofing work, which is separate from the concerns regarding the water line. Regarding the water line, our investigation determined that it had been previously installed by another party and was not installed to code, as it was fastened directly against the roof decking. Because our company did not install the plumbing, we could not accept responsibility for another contractor's workmanship or the cost of replacing it. We did, however, offer to have our licensed plumber come to your property to correct the plumbing installation and bring it up to code at your expense. Unfortunately, you declined that service. We understand that dealing with unexpected issues during a construction project is frustrating, and we genuinely wanted the opportunity to help resolve the situation. Our goal has always been to work toward a fair solution. As for the statements regarding other neighbors, we can only speak to our own record. We continue to receive referrals and new roofing projects throughout your neighborhood because of the quality of our work, customer service, and the dedication of both our field representatives and office staff. If you would still like to discuss the matter or allow us the opportunity to assist, our door remains open. Please feel free to contact our office at any time. We appreciate your feedback and wish you and your family the very best.

I am sick and tired of there high pressure sales tactic. They pray on Sun City because they think the elderly are easy sales. I’m sick of it.

    Reply from the business

Hi Barb, we’re sorry to hear you feel that way. We completely understand how frustrating it can be when multiple roofing companies are in the area after a major storm event. The September hail storm affected a large portion of Sun City, and many homeowners were dealing with legitimate roof damage and insurance concerns. At Frontline Consultants & Contracting LLC Roofing, our goal is never to pressure anyone. We provide free inspections, educate homeowners on what we find, and leave the decision completely up to them. We also want to clarify that we have not performed any work for you, but we still appreciate the feedback and will continue working to make sure our team approaches every homeowner with professionalism and respect.

Communication was very poor, and the project experienced multiple delays. Overall, I don’t feel the quality of work did not meet expectations and not worth the price. Even the drywall contractor was unreliable— arriving hours late or failing to show up at all.

I hired Frontline Consultants & Contracting LLC for a roofing project that began during an incredibly difficult time in my life — I became a widow while the work was underway. I had hoped for a smooth, supportive experience, but unfortunately, the process has been marked by unnecessary delays and poor communication. The roof itself took nearly four months to complete, far longer than anticipated. Even now, the project remains unfinished: to date the requested solar screens have yet to be made and installed, and the vent above the front window is still missing. These outstanding items have lingered without resolution. What’s been most challenging is the lack of communication. I’ve had to initiate nearly every interaction, often waiting days or weeks for updates. At a time when clarity and follow-through were especially important, I felt left in the dark. I’m sharing this review in the hope that Frontline Consultants & Contracting LLC will take steps to improve their responsiveness and project management — especially when working with homeowners navigating personal loss or major life transitions. Professionalism and empathy go hand in hand.

Do not go with this company for roofing, or at the very least not with Michael. He handled our roof repair and did a terrible job. First and foremost I don’t believe he submitted the insurance claim correct and we were charged for crane services and more. Now that these people are trying to take money from my mom they claim they never ever charge crane services when I directly paid Michael $1,200 specifically for that, I also had more than one contractor tell me it was a multiple day job and these guys did it in less than one. We overheard Michael telling them they had rush my roof in order to get to another house that they had to complete in order to return to Phoenix which is not my fault. I had other roofers check their work for the same reason and many things were found wrong. I wouldn’t go with this company just money hungry.
