  First, i want to say Harrison was very friendly, respectful, and professional. It was a real pleasure working with him and the crew from Richard & Sons Roofing in b Orlando. Harrison and the team helped us with several exterior projects around our home, including gutter installation, trim and door painting, pressure washing, and other roofing-related exterior improvements. He also helped with the layout and color choices, and made sure everything was measured right, placed properly, and finished level and clean. We kept adding more items to the job, and he was always happy to help and stayed easy to work with the whole time. the crew showed strong attention to detail, communicated well, and made the whole process smooth from start to finish. With the Florida heat and frequent rain, it was great to have work done by a team that understands how important durable exterior materials, proper drainage, and quality workmanship are. i would gladly use them again for future roofing and exterior needs and highly recommend them.

  I’m extremely happy with the roofing work Avery and the crew did on my home. A lightning strike caused a hole in the roof and attic area, and they responded fast with an inspection and a same-day temporary patch to protect everything from more damage. Once the insurance details were handled, they scheduled the full roof repair very quickly. The roofing team arrived on time, worked hard, and treated my property with real care. They removed the old shingles, repaired damaged roof decking, and installed quality new shingles across the entire roof system. The finished roof looks excellent, and you can tell they take pride in solid workmanship. What stood out most was how clean and organized they were from start to finish. They did a careful cleanup, left the yard in great shape, and even cleaned out the garage and workshop areas. After everything was done, I barely found anything left behind, which says a lot about their attention to detail. Aside from the beautiful new roof, it was like the crew was never there.   Our experience with Richard & Sons Roofing was worth it. From the first ordering steps to the final roof install, the process took some extra time to schedule, but the team stayed professional and the results came out great. We chose a charcoal gray slate-style roof, and after a strong Orlando rainstorm, it performed excellent with no issues at all. The crew, including Landon, worked fast, knew their roofing trade well, and finished the installation in just 3 days. They also did a very thorough cleanup around the property when the job was complete. The roof cost more than a standard shingle roof, but the quality, curb appeal, and strong performance made it a smart investment for our home.
