  Westfall did my Dad's roof and they gave him a price and then gave a different price that went way above! They broke the bottom of one of the pillars and they took a big piece off the side of roof and still have not come to put it back! We also had to pick up rusty nails all over the landscape and other trash that was never picked up by any westfall worker! They also with all that went wrong never offered to paint the parts that they ruined on his stucco! Terrible roofing company!!! Taking advantage of an older gentleman!

  I chose Westfall Roofing because of their reputation and their Owens Corning Platinum Preferred Contractor status. Unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing. My salesperson was Rick. During the sales process, I discussed adding ISO insulation under my flat roof. I had received four other quotes that included this insulation, and because of our conversations, I believed it was included in my contract. It wasn’t until after the roof was installed that I learned it had not been. Since my roof replacement, my home’s performance has changed dramatically. My AC has been running for over 16 hours a day for 32 consecutive days and still struggles to reach the temperature it’s set to. I’ve also had condensation leaking from my AC vents because the attic has become so hot. These are problems I never experienced before the roof replacement. After raising these concerns, Simon from production came to my home. Instead of offering a solution under the original project, I was told the recommended fix would be to completely redo my flat roof with a tapered system, install the ISO insulation I originally asked about, and add Attic Breeze fans, all at an additional cost to me. I’ve also spent additional money having HVAC companies inspect my system, only to be told the excessive attic heat is contributing to the issues. The roof itself may be installed correctly, which is why I’m giving two stars instead of one. However, the communication during the sales process and the lack of accountability afterward have been extremely frustrating. I expected a much higher level of service from a company with Westfall Roofing’s reputation.

  I chose JA Edwards because I believed they would professionally handle my insurance roofing claim from start to finish. Unfortunately, my experience was very different. Throughout the project, JA Edwards worked directly with my insurance company and managed the supplement process. At no point was I clearly informed that I could end up personally responsible for several thousand dollars if the insurance carrier did not release all of the funds or if the claim remained open when my home sold. When I sold my home, I was required to pay thousands of dollars out of pocket at closing to satisfy the balance. Had I been clearly advised of that financial risk beforehand, I would have made different decisions. Afterward, I filed a BBB complaint in an attempt to resolve the matter. JA Edwards' response largely placed responsibility on the insurance company and the timing of my home sale, but that does not change the fact that I was never adequately warned about my potential personal financial exposure. The quality of the roofing work itself is not the primary issue. My concern is the lack of communication and transparency regarding the financial obligations associated with the insurance claim. My advice to anyone considering JA Edwards is simple: before signing anything, ask for written confirmation of exactly what your maximum out-of-pocket responsibility could be if the insurance company does not approve or pay every portion of the claim. Don't rely on assumptions. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

  This I’ll a review I just wrote. Do u think I should use it? Before Bruce Hughes went up onto the roof he repeatedly told us that he was hired by the HOA which made us question how impartial he would be. Upon completion of his inspection he told us that the problem “would not now or ever cause a leak” and that the HOA was being very “nit-picky” in making us get it repaired. However, just the opposite was explained in his final report which was completely slanted in the HOA’s favor. I do not appreciate being lied to and being told one thing and then another. As I had no insurance while the repairs were being done, I had no time to get any other estimates. Although I was not at all pleased with their manner of working, I had to hire Westfall to do the work.

  Westfall is a highly recommend roofing company. From start to finish was on point. The communication, work quality, price went above expectation. I specially want to call out Christian, during the work process, he was excellent in communicating each step of the process. Received many timely photos of the work progress, also been very helpful with any questions I’ve had. Bravo team Westfall

  An excellent job repairing the roofs of all three of my houses. Not only were the roofs fixed beautifully by great workers but the staff including Shawna was incredibly helpful in filling out paperwork and attending to every need possible in a timely and kind manner.   Very professionally done and in a timely and cost effective way. I did get several quotes and Westfall stood out among them all.   Excellent customer service and communication. Excellent job replacing the roof and repairing everything that was damaged during the process; gutters and screening in the patio. AC drip was also broken but I repaired myself.
