  Horrible company. Told me my electric bill would be $30 a month and my solar loan $130 a month. 2 years later my bill is still in the $200 range and my loan went up to almost $190. Most Horrible experience of my life. Don't believe their old reviews. Find another company

  Asked for 2 specific things for my roof they did not deliver. The supervisor had no clue about the swr insurance credit I asked for or the hurricane strap credit. They tried charging me 2500$ for the straps I found someone else to do it a lot cheaper. They said the swr made no sense to them but it is what insurance companies require to get the credit. Attic is a mess with debris and nails same with my yard. I found 17 nails just in my side yard alone. My vent for my hot water heater was completely disconnected in my garage. Would not recommend them they don’t listen to what you ask them for. Also they have no clue about any insurance credits you can receive when you get a new roof.

Although all these details have been communicated and acknowledge by you prior to starting the installation on your roof project, we will use this feedback to make us better and to ensure this doesn’t happen again . As to the hurricane straps installation proposed amount of $2,500, that was submitted to you as a proposal for your approval; It is a fair and comparable amount from a licensed and insured Roofing/General Contractor and can not be compared to an estimate provided by a handyman.   Ben and his team helped us fix a leak in our roof. Came out great. Good communication, they showed up when they said they would and cleaned up as they worked so we didn't have to deal with a mess throughout the process
