If you would have caught me when I first worked with HRS I would have had a different review. First project on the roof I own was 2018 and within a year the side of the roof bitumen began to shrink away from the siding. I was informed this was a normal amount of shrinkage. I continued to track the shrinkage and shortly after that I began to see bubbles on the roof. After getting some guidance through a DIFFERENT roofer who had done another one of my properties, I started to file a claim with the manufacturer of the roofing product. Again I had direction from another roofer the entire time because I couldn't get the time of day from Hastings Roofing. Once I came back with the denial of the claim for workmanship to honor the 5 year limited and limited lifetime, I ran into the "it's not workmanship." I was pretty discouraged and put things on pause until a branch hit the top of my carport roof and made a dent. I had another roofer come out and this time started to review the whole roof showing that it had missed installation pieces clearly showing installation errors and why the brand Certainteed wouldn't cover a warranty product claim. After multiple attempts (email and text) to get an answer back on what Hastings Roofing would do to clean up their error I was left in the dark paying $1,000 to a new roofer to repair damage that'll have to replace eventually. My recommendation? I would look for a different roofer if you're talking to Hastings because the roof isn't completed correctly and MOST importantly there isn't support afterwards. I've worked with two other roofers on other properties now and I'm still getting answers/help.

Do not use. While doing roof repair at hotel we were staying at dropped something on car. Talked to Cody, who told me he would talk with his attorney and insurance and call me back. After many attempts he ghosted us.

These guys are awesome. They updated my old roof on my office building and even built a custom box for the AC unit on the roof. I really appreciated the help from David Wilhelm in deciding what to do because it wasn't obvious to me at the time, thanks so much, really appreciate your help and work

We have worked with HRS for a while now. We love dealing with both Dave and Andy. They are great people that really care about their clients and their vendors. I would highly recommend them to anyone, and for one business to put their name and reputation on another company, well that's saying something. Let's not forget Crystal either! Fast, super responsive and very informative. She knows how to keep things running like well oiled machine! Last but not least, Cody is a great man of integrity. He does exactly what he says he's going to do! I don't think you could find a better group of folks to work with!

Hastings Roofing Service came and fixed our roof after hurricane Milton blew off some of our shingles. They were very professional and came when they said they would. I would recommend Hastings Roofing to everyone and we will not hesitate to call them again the next time we need our roof repaired.

Highly recommend. Jake (as the sales rep) was very professional, prompt and communicative. He made sure the crew finished up the job with a thorough clean up. It was unfortunate that the inspection process took additional time and stretched the job over a week late. Also, unfortunate the damage of the wood under the shingles were more damaged than expected and was costly in additional charges. This was unforeseen, but good that it was corrected appropriately for a solid final roofing project. Sonjia was also helpful and quick with communication during the billing and collection of payment process.

Jake was a valuable member of the Hasting Roofing team, keeping me well-informed throughout the project. The rest of the crew also did an exceptional job, paying close attention to detail and completing a thorough cleanup at the end. I am delighted with my new roof, and grateful for Jake's timely leadership.
