  My original contractor/contact from Results Contracting told me how much damage I had and all the concerns I should be worried about and then left the company. Then, I dealt with Jonathan who agreed with the first guy. It was like pulling teeth trying to get an adjuster out here. I finally got it scheduled for today at 10AM. Jonathan said he'd be here at 9:30AM. I called him at 9:45AM and he said, "Oh, I'm not coming but my manager, Jordan, will be there." At 10:15AM the adjuster shows up. No Jordan to speak for me (I don't know anything about roofing). The adjuster does his inspection, talks to me for a while, tells me everything looks good, and then leaves at 10:40AM. Still no Jordan. I'm not happy. My business will not be going to Results Contracting. Apparently they don't want my money anyway.

  We hired Results to come out last year to do our roofing. Found a leak in our garage last month sent photos and videos to show them the leak. Doug came out to inspect the roof. Seemed like a decent guy. He went up onto the roof to overlook some things and showed us photos of the satellite dish where it looked they re-drilled some holes to re-position the dish. Mind you we never needed the dish up there in the first place as service was cancelled years ago. I guess we could've relayed the message when Results came to do the roof but that never crossed our mind. So Doug seals the holes with some sealant and promises us if it leaks he'll send out some guys to replace the shingles and repaint and mud the sheetrock in the garage where water was leaking from. They came back out to replace the shingles but never mudded or painted the sheetrock in the garage that had water damage. Not only that, they accused US of either re-positioning the dish or having someone come out to do it when it was THEM who last touched the dish. Then they went on to complain about having to hire out guys and pay them $200 to replace the shingles and said they will not be coming to deal with the sheetrock that sustained water damage. Very unprofessional and poor follow-up.

  We installed a roof for Mrs Lim on August 15th 2018 and the roof was inspected by the city and passed inspection on August 23rd 2018. We received a call on May 27th 2019 about a leak in the garage and I contacted Mrs Lim that same day and let her know we would look at the problem for her. Our production manager contacted Mrs Lim the next day on May 28th at 8:46 am and a inspection was scheduled for May 30th when Mrs Lim would be home. During the inspection our production manager discovered the satellite dish brackets had been moved. He scheduled a repair and our installer replaced shingles and completed the repair on May 31st. We have made several attempts by text and phone to try and schedule a time to meet with Mrs Lim so that we may show her the photos we have of the satellite dish location after the roof was completed and the location almost a year later on the roof at the inspection but she has not returned our calls or text.

  Results did gutter installation and replaced the roof & siding on my parents home and did an amazing job! They are very pleased with the overall service ranging from upper management to employees they worked directly with. Would highly recommend & will use them again in the future for any additional services needed. They are so easy to work with!

  My roof looks beautiful! The team was quick and efficient. Had the work completed by 4 p.m. All the mess cleaned up perfectly. Doug was great at communicating with me. And Nick Pastorino was great, coming out a few times for roof inspection with my insurance company. Very satisfied

  Results contracting was wonderful to with. The representative was friendly, knowledgable, and very helpful. I was impressed and loved the roofing job that was done. They did an excellent job cleaning up after the job was done. I would recommend them to any of my family or friends.

  Here in Rochester, Minnesota results did a very professional job on my roof and gutters within two days. Damage was from previous hail damage called them for an inspection then filed a claim didn't even know there was damage till they showed me pictures. They helped me during filing the claim and walked me through the process. Guess what got a new roof that cost 16,000 dollars for my 1,000 home deductible home insurance and it was easy. Highly recommend these guys!
