  10k was hired this past winter/spring to replace the old insulation in my attic. They added spray foam throughout the attic. They hired electricians to install two bathroom fans: one replacement that required relocation, and one new install. They also installed a new ceiling fan. 10k was easy to work with and made the entire process seamless. They even offered financing that made it affordable when funds weren’t readily available. I would use their services again and would recommend them to any friend or family member.

  10K construction did a fantastic job reroofing and re-siding our house and garage. Troy kept in close communication throughout the job, and was knowledgeable in dealing with homeowner’s insurance. His team was efficient and friendly. The neighbors appreciate their work almost as much as we do!

  10K completed a new roof replacement on Thursday June 18. The crew showed a high level of experience. We are pleased with the look of our new roof. Troy checked in with us multiple times to update us and answer questions. After inspection of the attic, he recommended the change to turbines for improved ventilation. Upon roof inspection, he noted we needed to replace 9 sheaths that were compromised and had them replaced with new. Troy also assisted in the Quality Control review after installation and paid special attention to the vents, did additional caulking to assure no chance for leaks. Danny, from QC, was very thorough in inspecting the roof, checking around the vents and turbines, and did a thorough job sweeping our yard for an excellent cleanup. He took his time to make sure the cleanup was complete, and was very accessible for questions. Both of these men went above and beyond to make sure we were well satisfied with the project.   Ben was excellent to work with. He always returned my calls and took the time to explain the differences in products. The 2 guys that replaced the deck and front porch kept the work area clean and did an excellent job. I would call Ben for future projects.

  Troy came out to assess our siding and roof and took the time to patch a hole for us to stop any additional damage while we make our decision on what to do next. He was a straight shooter and provided great information to help us make the best decision for our home!

  Troy and his team over at 10K Construction were incredible. Super communicative from day one, really going above and beyond to help ease any concerns I had and address any and all questions I had throughout the whole process. They were very honest and transparent, speaking plainly in what they'd recommend and what's really "needed" versus trying to upsell me in any way. The success of the project and the happiness of the customer is their number one goal and that is evident every step of the way.

  Talk about doing things right... look no further 10K is the place to go! Jacob is absolutely a beast. He treats his customers like gold and is a great guy all around. Pure class act. If you're looking for a good company to do your project look no further. These guys will make sure you're taken care even if there happens to be a problem or an issue arises. It's really great to see 10K continuing to grow and give quality and value to their customers.   Troy has helped us over the years with multiple miscellaneous projects. With last installing a service door to our garage and next helping us with sub flooring, and our water and drain lines with spray foam insulation.

  I was in the middle of a sale of my house and got nailed with hail. Craig, Jake and the entire 10K not only stepped up but exceeded all expectations! The went above and beyond and made sure 90% of our job was done prior to closing (40 days from hail storm). They also worked closely with the new homeowners to ensure everything was up to their standards after the sale of our house and completion of the job. Highly recommended using them for any and all projects moving forward for not only me, but anyone I know!
