  they did NOT finish the work on my house and what they did do it looked like it was done by a 5 year old. my floor FLOODS water anytime you use the sink, my entire counter is disconnected from the wall, the floor is NOTICEABLY uneven, and so much more. apparently the work was done by the owners son, but if it was i feel like he’d be held to a much higher standard. they also didn’t “finish” the work until 6 months after it was supposed to be done. i want to be able to come home to my house to be relaxed, not stressed because more than half the things in my house weren’t done right. not to mention they were payed $40k… second photo pictured is the THREE towels we have on the ground while doing dishes because the water just seeps through the floor

  I highly recommend Austin with Restore America - he is very knowledgeable, helpful and a really nice person!!!! His customer service is phenomenal- from the inspection to checking the install process and making sure I was happy with everything that was done!! The installation team worked diligently together to produce a great finished product.

  We Recently used Restore America For some roofing issues that we had. Austin came out and helped us through the process. I’m a home inspector and was very impressed with the level of detail and workmanship. 10/10 would recommend.

  Austin came out & inspected my roof after it received some hail damage. He also found leaks around my chimney & flashing. He spoke with my insurance and met the adjuster pointing out the damage from the leaks. He was very knowledgeable on the cost of the repairs and all damage was covered from the leaks.His team removed & replaced my roof in one day. Austin gave me a variety of shingles to choose from and was well versed on the quality and durability of the products. His team paid attention to detail and left no evidence of the tear off, no debris and even cleaned and put my plants back where they belonged. I would highly recommend Austin for all of your roofing needs.

  Kyle Khawly was my rep. He was awesome through the whole process. He helped with filing the insurance claim, met 2 adjusters on-site and followed up every step of the way. Installation was completed in a day including cleanup. Highly recommend Restore America. Knowing what I know now, I would not recommend unless you are ok with the damages done during installation were never taken care of, after promises from the owner. 5 months later, not a single follow up or anything done to remedy. Very disappointing!!!

  Preston and Austin are extremely helpful. Today I heard some kind of strange noise from the exterior wall and went out to check. Noticed a piece of siding got loose and popped up. Saw them doing the work for my neighbor and asked if they could help. Appreciate them so much to swing by my place to put the siding in place right before they took off. Very friendly and professional. Thanks so much.
