  Got a cold text supposedly from this company. I just asked about the specific of the info they had and location it was collected, but they became unresponsive. I tried calling back to the phone listed on Google, but they did not answer. Seems like it could be a scam. Clarification would be helpful, but leaving this review so people are wary. Will remove based on follow-up

  I have a full roof replacement 3+ years ago by Patriot Contracting. Recently my family room ceiling has developed a long water stain. Even though my service contract has a 10 year craft warranty, I can't get any one to respond. I have called and emailed many times and it looks like they might have gone out of business?! If Kevin Broderick, owner of Patriot Contracting, ever sees this post, please let me know how I can reach you and if you will honor your 10 year craft warranty.

  Dear Darlene, Upon reviewing the circumstances surrounding your experience with our service, it seems there may have been some misunderstandings. Allow me to address these concerns point by point. Daniel's visit to your property was scheduled in advance for an inspection. It's important to clarify that only the homeowner can initiate an insurance claim, and as such, Daniel could not have filed one without your consent, especially since insurance policies do not cover pre-existing damage. The assessment by your insurance company concluded that the damage did not warrant a full roof replacement, opting instead for repairs within the scope of your deductible. The deductible is a standard feature of insurance policies, designed to share the cost of repairs between the insurer and the insured. In reference to the alleged unprofessionalism mentioned, we're puzzled, as Daniel's follow-up with your client yielded positive feedback, with no dissatisfaction expressed at that time. Eric's attempts to arrange a meeting were earnest and aimed at clarifying any miscommunication. Unfortunately, without a confirmed time from you, we were unable to proceed. Regarding the delivery of the insurance check, it is beyond our control to direct postal services. If there were issues with mail delivery, this would be a matter for the postal service. For the claim about remaining roofing materials, we habitually order extra supplies to account for any discrepancies in measurements, at no additional cost to the homeowner. The scope of our contract was limited to roofing services, not additional structures like a shed, as agreed upon in our service agreement. Our commitment to honesty, integrity, and transparency is unwavering, as reflected in the majority of our reviews.   This company was fantastic. Kevin was very helpful, quick and professional. In the aftermath of a hurricane, I know he was slammed, but we were always the most important thing to him while he was dealing with us. Thank you so very much.

  Kevin with Patriot Roofing was recommended to me as a licensed appraiser for roofs. I was being inundated with roofing contractors wanting fix my roof. As an appraiser he gave me the straight scoop on the wind damage and our insurance company agreed with him. He helped with the paperwork and our roof was replaced in short order. The work was done I one day! Other than our new roof it was like they were never there!

  Got our new roof 2 days ago and I’m in LOVE! Nichole is amazing and goes above and beyond to help you get your new roof and work with insurance for you! And the crew that put our new roof on were awesome! They got here at 7am and were done before 2pm! It looks great and we are so grateful for yall!! 10 out of 10 will recommend!

  I highly recommend Patriot Roofing. Eric (the owner) and his crew did an amazing job. Being a woman is not always easy dealing with contractors and such. But, this was one of the easiest processes I have ever endured. I never once felt as if I were being taken advantage of. I can’t thank Eric and his crew enough for the amazing.l job they did. They did exactly what they said they would do. When they are finished with your roof you can’t tell that they were even there except for the new roof. I cannot say enough good things about them.
