  I was sleep the on 5/12 around 5pm, and was woken up from my sleep by one of your employees beating on my door as if he was the police. He rang the bell and didn’t get an answer. He beat on the door so loudly I thought he was going to come through the door. I later reviewed my ring camera and zoomed in on the shirt and seen horizon roofing. The Fielding community does not allow solicitors and if I see him again I’m calling the police. Get some damn manners. If I did need a roof I definitely wouldn’t get it from you guys. Ring the bell and if no one answers WALK away.

  Big "no soliciting" sign at the entrance of our community, and another roofing company which doesn't respect our community rules. No ethics! One of several in the past 2 weeks. Annoying!

  They installed my roof several years ago and I was very pleased with them. now several years later I have developed a leak (I don't blame them for this it happens) I contacted them multiple times to make the repair, and finally got a someone out. They determined my turtle vents were the source and made a repair. A few days later rain came and the roof is still leaking and it is now a worse leak. I have contacted them many times over the last week and I have not gotten a response yet. I am not upset that it was fixed the first time, I just want to get it fixed and they aren't being responsive.

  They do not follow through with all the work they promise to do. The will complete the roof repair partially , but do not bother to complete the details of the invoice as promised.

  Do Not Use this company. Had a roof installed 3 years ago. They talked me into the "30 year shingle." Come to find out, they bid out the actual job to just anyone. That anyone installed my roof wrong. 3 years later it's costing me $1300 more to fix the roof, my ceiling, and my walls. They came 3 years ago for free to sell me a roof. I bought one. Now want to charge me to look at the damage! I will never use them or refer them. They didn't even try to fix the issue. Just said " we only have a 2 year labor warranty " real snobby too. We'll guess what, most good company's offer 5 year. Horrible!

  First Tim the supervisors was great to work with. We had damage on roof ,gutters and garage doors. Pick a color but was told could not get so Jason and the manager was going to drop off different colors And on one never showed up one morning truck showed up 6:30in morning did not no what color was order or who ordered.spoke to Jason about ice shield he said they do first row and valley only did valleys.called Jason told me he never said that first lair. Was told if I had gutter guard here the gutter guy would put on they did not and did not replace all gutters at front door not sure why to hard I guess. Asked Jason 2 times about garage doors led my wife and I they do that last for what I got from insurance the office called and told me they do not do garage doors. Told office to tell owner he has a mad customer NEVER heard back. ALL I Can Say IS GET IN WRITING ON WHAT SALES PERSON PRICE AND WHAT THEY ARE GOING TO DO AND MAKE SURE SALES PERSON SHOWS UP THE FIRST DAY. As of now I would not use this company again

  Why are there not more than 5 stars to give??? I called Horizon Roofing about a leak that was showing on my kitchen ceiling; someone came out the very next day taking a look and advising me of a solution. I would recommend Horizon to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy roofing company.

  Job well done. Excellent workmanship .The entire crew was polite and efficient. The replacement of my roof was completed in the appropriate time and was well done. It was a pleasure to meet Aidan who arranged it all, and therefore a special thanks to him and his crew for their proficiency in expediting and doing such a great job. I love my beautiful new roof.
