I’ll give this company an A for roof replacement and a B for their gutters. They get a D for choice of gutter guards they installed on my home. When it comes to customer service, standing behind their work and returning to correct mistakes Aaron Marbut gets a FFF+++. He has admitted that though he installed a good quality guard, it turns out it wasn’t the right choice for my steep pitched roof. Says he will correct it but it’s been over a year of him refusing to actually show up and doing it. Filed a complaint with the BBB but he chose to ignore them too.

Mr. Pope, we’re glad you were happy with your roof, and happy with your gutters. We hate that you weren’t happy with your gutter guards, but we stand behind our work. While we do our best to work with our customers like I'm sure you do as a … More

Hired Build Tek for a home remodel and after tornado damage. Project exceeded deadline. They didn't replace structural damage entirely instead patched up several places. This insurance approved certain areas to be fully replaced with new materials. There is still damage to ceiling. There are water spots caused major inconvenience as we had to relocate during the extended construction period. Not recommended.

We had our roof replaced and a brand new Trex porch built by Build Tek and could not be happier with the entire experience! For our roof, the crew arrived on time and worked incredibly hard all day! They completed the entire roof in just one day, which was amazing to see. Everything was organized and efficient, and the communication throughout the process was excellent. We always felt informed and taken care of. We had to move our porch access due to a septic issue. Not ideal, but the steps needed to be relocated. I’ve been designing and dreaming about this project for over 2 years. After our roof was completed, I knew Build Tek was the right choice to tackle the porch renovation. Aaron has been absolutely wonderful to work with. He’s responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in making sure everything is done right. He made the whole process feel easy and stress-free, and we’ve been so impressed. What really stood out was the cleanup. They were very respectful of our property and left everything spotless, which we truly appreciated. The finished roof and porch look fantastic and completely transformed the look of our home. You can tell they take pride in their work. Aaron, Tyler, Jesse, and Jordan are an amazing team. They work so well together and their passion for what they’re doing will absolutely translate into your project. Highly recommend to anyone needing roofing or construction work!

We used Building-Tech to redo gutters and replace fascia boards. The team worked hard all day in this super hot weather and had it all completed in one day. Great communication and everything cleaned up after installation. Will definitely use again with other home improvements!

We had a small leak under the vent pipe on our roof. Build- Tek had installed our roof about 1 1/2 years ago. I called Aaron about the leak and he sent someone out to repair the small leak around the pipe and replaced the pipe as well…AT NO COST to us. Great job!

We had Build-Tek cover our back porch area with a metal room so that we can take advantage of our new concrete slab. We couldn’t be happier. These are great people to work with. We can highly recommend them.
