I originally gave them a good review, but some four years after the install, we noticed a leak coming from the ceiling turns out they did not install the roof vents properly, which rotted out the plywood. We now need to replace and repair when called them for warranty their numbers are out of service.

Poor workmanship. Many nail heads exposed after completion. Had to return twice to put roofing tar over exposed nail heads to insure water tight job. Miscalculated amount of shingles needed. Had to wait a couple days with roof unfinished while they got more shingles. Picked nails out of grass for several weeks after they left. Do not recommend.

This past spring we received 4 estimates to replace our roof. The costs were all reasonably close to one another but as Simon prepared the most professional estimate that explained everything we decided to go with him. It turned out that …

We couldn't be happier with the work that Respectable Roofers did. We had an estimate done and within a week the roof had been replaced. The work was completed quickly and clean up was excellent.

Called this company for a small repair job before there was a leak, they called back within an hour and came right over and completed the repair within 30 minutes. Great service, thank you!

We just recently had these guys do our roof. We had an impeccable experience. Roofers in general are pretty rough but these guys break that mould. Simon and Steve were incredibly attentive even though it's been a crazy busy year for roofers. They were able to explain everything, answer all questions and were always polite and accomodatating (especially since we bumped our timeline by 6 months). We have had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend them to anyone who appreciate the comfort of having a quality roof on their house as well as a quality experience.

Excellent Efficient and polite. Respectable Roofers made two separate repairs on my roof this past winter with no charge and without knowing that I would hire them in Spring for the complete roof job.

Wow this was simply a great and easy experience. We needed the roof 'done', and Respectable Roofers really 'did' it - and us - proud ! The full paperwork quote was written up right after the inspector's visit, very professionally: it was easy to read, and he answered all our questions clearly on the spot. We booked the job: astonishing. He even asked us if there was anything near the roof that we wanted them to be especially careful over. All the materials and the cleanup bin just appeared. The crew showed up on time, a very cordial team, and got right to work - almost non-stop - until they finished. The quality of the work was amazing. Then they really cleaned up, down to vacuuming the eaves troughs for small bits, so there's no mess here at all. The original evaluation was right on, with nothing surplus or wasted, and the transferable warranty is generous. I know we won't need to do this again, but I also know where we'd go if we ever needed it somewhere else. Thanks so much guys, it was great that you could get us in before the winter gets here ! Seeing the care you put into the work was awesome, and I'll be passing the word to my neighbors about how you treated a project that was so important to us. Thanks again and Roof On !
