I scheduled an appointment with this company on Friday for a Monday 8:30 a.m. roof inspection for a possible leak. I was given the name of the person who was supposed to come out, so this seemed like a confirmed appointment. No one showed up, and no one called to cancel, reschedule, or provide any update. I later called to give the company a chance to explain what happened before leaving a review. I did receive a callback and was offered another appointment, but I still did not get a clear explanation of why the original appointment was missed, and no apology was offered. I was told they “think” it was a miscommunication on their side. Communication and follow-through matter, especially when you are dealing with a possible roof leak. I do not enjoy leaving a negative review for a local company, but this was my experience.

first i had a leak in the roof due to the builders not installing the roof correctly (new house). called these guys and they took care of it. did it all in one day and did a great job. the second time i called them was after getting the house painted and one shingle got knocked off. not sure if it was due to the painters or wind. again, they fixed it quickly and did a great job. highly recommend them.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 6 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 6, of which 4 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on Residential Concerns. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
