  I received Anthony's phone number from a co-worker who previously had roofing work performed and she raved about the professionalism, price and quality of work from this company. One thing i can admit is they do communicate, after the initial estimate was completed and authorization was given to complete the job, I got nothing but a bunch of rescheduling due to a myriad of excuses(none of which are weather related). This has lasted for close to month and i still havn't had the work completed. They very well may do quality work if you can actually get them out to complete the job!

  After hail damage to our roof, we got quotes from three contractors before going with Rescue My Roof, and I'm so glad we did. The first felt like a storm chaser, and the second was wildly overpriced. Chris came out the same week and immediately put us at ease. He walked through every detail, answered all my questions, and at no point did I feel like anyone was trying to pull a fast one on me. The scheduling was handled with real flexibility. Our start slipped a day because rain delayed their previous job, but Craig and the crew showed up bright and early Tuesday and knocked out as much as they could ahead of Wednesday's forecasted rain. They got rained out that day, came back Thursday and Friday, and kept things moving. On top of that, they worked around the fact that I was having the exterior painted and needed to hold off on the gutters and downspouts until later in the week — no pushback at all. That work was finished in a single day and looked great. Rescue My Roof replaced the roof, gutters, and downspouts, and every part of the job was done well. We went with the Atlas Scotchgard Premier shingles, and the work came with a full warranty on both the labor and the roof itself, which gave us real peace of mind. The crew cleaned up thoroughly and left nothing behind. We're very pleased with the result and wouldn't hesitate to hire Chris, Craig, and his team again. Highly recommend.

  Rescue My Roof (RMR) has been beyond a pleasant experience; from the sales rep coming out to show me my options and give me a fair evaluation and explanation of my roof and siding to the craftsmanship of the work, and clean up. Contact with the office and the sales person was timely and responsive. The owners of the company came out personally to inspect the work and the jobsite before, during, and after the job was completed. I have recently had some very disappointing experiences with local contractors and this was the direct opposite of those experiences. Finally, in doing my research and getting bids, they had a very fair price for all the work that was done.

  We hired RMR for a full house and garage roof replacement. They were a great contractor to partner with. Chris, a former firefighter, explained their services and process so I understood what would happen without sales pressure. They quickly scheduled us and kept the appointment. Gavin was a great project manager who instantly responded to our questions during the day. Their crew did a fantastic job with cleanup, leaving it better than they found it. Highly recommend RMR.
