  While we are satisfied with the quality of the windows, the overall experience was disappointing due to poor communication and follow-up. The subcontractors left a significant mess in our yard, Which we ultimately had to clean ourselves. Additionally, the crew had to return about a month later to complete the job. While this delay was understandable, we received no prior notice of their arrival—despite specifically requesting advance communication so we could make arrangements for our dogs. Everyone we interacted with was courteous and professional, but the lack of organization and communication throughout the process left us dissatisfied.

  I’ve had a lot of door knockers show up at my house over the last couple months, but Kaitlyn with Renatus Exteriors really stood out. She was very knowledgeable, professional, and made a great first impression. She inspected my roof after a recent hailstorm and found significant damage I didn’t even realize was there. I had also experienced a leak during the storm, so she helped me call my insurance company, State Farm, and file a claim right on the spot. Two days later, the adjuster came out, did their inspection, and immediately wrote an estimate and check. I was honestly shocked at how fast and smooth the process was. My entire roof was covered, and all I had to pay was my deductible. I’ve had bad experiences with contractors in the past, so it meant a lot to find someone I could trust. Renatus Exteriors was professional from the beginning and Kaitlyn went above and beyond. She even cleaned my property so it looked like new when the job was done. I’m very happy with the work and highly recommend them. Thank you, Renatus Exteriors, for doing such an exceptional job!!

  Absolutely Outstanding! I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Renatus Exteriors. From start to finish, they were professional, responsive, and truly cared about getting every detail right. The crew showed up on time, worked hard, and treated my home with the utmost respect. The quality of their workmanship is exceptional — you can tell they take real pride in what they do.   From the very first phone call, Kaitlyn from Renatus Roofing made what could have been a stressful experience feel surprisingly easy. Dealing with insurance claims is usually a headache, but she handled everything with such clarity and confidence it felt like I had a team of experts in my corner.   Jake with Renatus is EXTREMELY professional, reliable, and easy to talk with. I didn’t feel like I was being scammed or sold on something I might not need. Anything with repairs can seem daunting and it is always good to find someone you trust who will make sure you have the best information at hand. I wasn’t sure if I needed a repair or replace and I was concerned that I would find someone who wanted to insist on replacement to make the most money but not at my benefit. I felt I was given great information, pros and cons, and given options that I felt comfortable with. Highly recommend!
