The crew from Reliable Roofing showed up late and unprepared. I asked for a simple update, and the response was rude and dismissive. Definitely didn’t live up to the “reliable” part of their name.

Despite the name, Reliable Roofing was anything but reliable. They kept rescheduling at the last minute, and I had to call multiple times just to get someone to show up. Very poor communication throughout.

Antwan and team were phenomenal, on time, completed the job, cleaned up and came back to inspect. The roof looks great. The gutters also were completed as well, and go great with the roof. We really appreciate the quality of work the team did collectively as a unit.

I cannot say enough positive things about D’Andre and the entire team at Reliable Roofing and Exteriors. From the moment I first met D’Andre, I knew he was a consummate professional. The inspection went seamlessly, and he coordinated directly with the adjuster, stopping by multiple times to ensure everything stayed on track. The materials arrived exactly when promised, and the crew showed up the very next day as scheduled. They immediately hit the ground running! Everyone worked hard, stayed focused, and did an outstanding job. I was truly impressed by their efficiency and professionalism. What impressed me the most, however, was the cleanup. I left the house for a while as they were wrapping up, and as anyone knows, a roof replacement can be a messy project. When I returned home, you couldn't even tell they had been there. The only sign was a beautiful new roof with architectural shingles! The entire project was completed in just one day. From start to finish, the experience exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Reliable Roofing and Exteriors. They are a fantastic group of professionals. Thank you for a job well done!
