Phoenix provided an estimate for roof repair and then they disappeared despite me constantly reaching out. Owner made all of these promises to make it right and he too disappeared. Not sure why they have so many good reviews as they seem very disorganized.

This is a GREAT company! Honest, professional, friendly and trustworthy. They replaced my roof (beautifully) in one day-- leaving behind nothing in the yard (no nails or shingles). Would definitely recommend Phoenix not just for roofing but anything having to do with the outside of your home

Denny and his team were outstanding during the entire process of my roof replacement. Denny helped walk me through the insurance side of things and provided prompt & professional service for the roof replacement itself. His crew was on time and efficient. They showed respect for my property and took great care to clean up when the job was done. They left no trace that they were there other than the new roof. Cindy also did a great job with post-job follow-ups and helped keep things moving along. I highly recommend Phoenix Exterior Solutions and will definitely use them in the future.

Phoenix Roofing Services provided exceptional assistance throughout our roofing repair process. Denny thoroughly inspected our roof, explained potential outcomes, and guided us through the process, ensuring all necessary details were documented and validated by the insurance company. Denny and Christian worked diligently, delivering materials and equipment while minimizing disruption to our schedules. They implemented protection measures to prevent further damage and collect debris. Despite the two-day work period, the crew maintained meticulous attention to detail. We were thoroughly satisfied and highly recommend Phoenix Roofing Services to our neighbors and friends. Their exceptional workmanship and outstanding customer service set them apart.
