  Two years old! This roof is two years old and it is already leaking! As the universe likes to laugh at us all Mr. Tim has passed away. I have been getting the runaround on warranty work for the better part of 2 years from his son! Do not under any circumstances use this company!

  DO NOT TRUST THIS ROOFER. LOOK ELSEWHERE. We are absolutely disappointed with the work/communication of this company. Tims contractors put a new roof on our house in April of 2023. While we had a good experience with him and his contractors during the time of installation in April... my husband and I have been trying to contact him multiple times regarding a leak in our brand new roof they just put on and he has not yet contacted us back. The leak continues to get worse as we continue to have more rain this winter season.. Update: Tim did come over about 2 weeks ago (January 10th) to put a blue tarp on our roof to prevent more leaks in my living room ceiling but has not been back to fix it. Continues to say they will be over a certain day at a certain time and is not showing up... Honestly, disappointed doesn't even begin to describe how we feel right now. Had to call another roofer to come out and evaluate it/fix it.

  After 2 years our new roof is leaking from a vent boot and they keep blowing off appointments to repair it under the 10 year workmanship warranty. Beware of doing business with them

  Said they would be here this past weekend but never showed up! Called them back on Monday and they said they would be here on Wednesday....never showed or called so they tell me Wednesday they would be here Thursday haven't showed! Called and canceled our contract because they would not answer their phones or return my messages!

  Tim repaired The Inn of the Patriots and the United States Presidential Culinary Museum like a champion!!! He is such a down-home nice man and humble loving fellow. If you want hometown service from a caring man that is not interested in ripping people off - I give Tim ten stars!!!

  " Update " They showed up in December ,and was able to fix the vent boot before any major damage to sheetrock. We resolved our problem. I would recommend them.

  OMG! The best service and roof work I have ever had! George came out to my house at the time scheduled, explained and went over what I needed, which I kinda already new, but he confirmed what I needed, a ridge vent on my roof. He explained everything to me and gave me a great, honest quote. I then asked when he could get started, and he said now! He went and got the materials for my roof and was finished in 5-6 hours! And it looks great! This was excellent customer service at its' best! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

  Tim came out and gave me an estimate for a complete roof replacement. With his estimate almost spot on what my insurance had already sent me, he was able to start within a week of my giving him the go ahead and finished in one day. His crew carried off all the pieces and trash from my old roof and my new roof is beautiful! I couldn't be more pleased and I recommend Tim to everyone who needs roof work!

  Called to get an estimate one day said he would call us the next day, never did. We called him back then he said he would be here today at 8:30am for estimate, been sitting here waiting, took of work to be here and it's 9:45 he hasn't called to say what's going on or showed up!

  If you're looking for a roofing company, look no further. This is the company you need to contact! I put in a request for an estimate and got a phone call right away. Set up a time and day for them to come, and they showed up early! The gentleman they sent got on the roof and walked around on the roof, did an inspection, shared with me the things he saw, called his boss on site, and gave me a price. And it was the best price after speaking with two other local roofers in Shelby. Also, they saw things the other roofers did not see or recommend. We made a final deal on Friday, they started on Monday at 7:30 am. This is the best part! The way they set up everything to prepare to replace the roof was really neat to see. Once everything was in place, they went to work, and they went to work hard! It was nonstop! I would go out every hour just to see the progress, and it was amazing how fast everything was going. It was definitely amazing teamwork with good leadership. Their leadership team would make rounds to make sure the roofers were on track. They did this several times a day. My roof needed all the plywood replaced due to the age of my home and weather damages. I was able to look into the dump box to see what the damaged plywood looked like, and man, I'm surprised my roof never caved in. After two full days, working nonstop from 7:30 am until dusk, my roof was completed. These guys go above and beyond with communication. Sometimes I would call Tim just to ask a few questions, and he answered his phone every single time. Tim also would call me if there were any changes that needed to be made. No surprises at all. So to end this post, Tim's Roof Contractors have the best Customer Service, Team, Price, and Communication with all parties involved. Thank you, Tim, and your team! You guys rock! I've added a photo of your team's work.

  Tim provided a fair estimate for all services: roof replacement (flat); soffit replacement and siding installation. Tim and his lead installer George and crew worked professionally to install, replace/repair the variation of needs to provide me security in this wet NC weather and quality of workmanship. These are an experienced and straight-forward team to estimate and perform roof and related services. Response time was great and questions answered. Definitely have them in my "toolkit" of service companies for my 1950s Cleveland County NC home.
