  This company is not trustworthy! They do not stand behind what they promise! I could go on with a lengthy story and I'm sure they would just try to turn the story around if I did. Take our experience to heart they cannot be trusted! I will be posting warnings everywhere I can and filing with the BBB!

  Thank you Paula for taking the time to reach out and express your concerns. As a business owner Jeremy has no control over deductible costs. Our goal however is to help homeowners lower their out of pocket expense as much as possible. This can be done by reallocating any extra money insurance offers to pay towards a deductible, therefore decreasing the out of pocket expense, as we did with your home. I personally sent a detailed breakdown of all out of pocket expenses, and additionally mentioned to Eric that the remaining balance was $117.00 after all extra money was factored towards your deductible. This conversation and email occurred prior to our installation date to avoid any confusion. Jeremy was present advocating and fighting for your roof with Eric present, and luckily got it approved after much debate with your adjuster. Additionally, Jeremy managed to get your $1,000.00 deductible lowered to $117.00. The additional balance due of $728.04 was for the rotten wood found on your home. This charge is completely separate and not covered by insurance as mentioned prior to our install. Our company does not make a profit off of rotten wood replacement as we only charge for our crews labor and the current cost of material. To conclude, Jeremy spoke with Eric afterward to provide clarity and detail on this matter and they both seemed to come to an understanding.   I had Tidds Roofing replace my roof after storm damage and everything was handled in a professional manner. They helped me with my insurance claim, communication was fast and everything was cleaned up like they were never there. I would recommend them to anyone.

  Drake came out the day I called. He got on the roof. Replaced the shingles that blew off. He was amazing. Very nice and polite! I definately would use this company again and highly recommend them!

  I can’t say enough about the exceptional service I received from Drake at Tidds roofing. He was extremely knowledgeable about how to work with the insurance company and explained each step of the process. My new roof looks beautiful! I would highly recommend Tidds Roofing.

  We had an incredible experience with Tidds Roofing. From start to finish, Drake and Jeremy were amazing, they went above and beyond for us. They fought hard with the insurance company to make sure everything that needed to be covered was taken care of — something we truly appreciated because it took so much stress off our shoulders. Not only did they advocate for us, but the quality of their work was outstanding. The roof looks amazing, the crew was professional and respectful, and everything was completed efficiently and cleanly.   I only leave a review if my experience was awful or amazing. In the case of Tidd's Roofing, it was amazing. Honestly, Jeremy was incredibly helpful through a very challenging insurance claim case. He took the lead and worked with my insurance company and got them to agree to a full replacement, even though they denied the first claim. He didn't have to spend as much time as he did to get the job done, but he did. The crew did a great job cleaning up after the work was done and I have nothing negative to say. I highly recommend Tidd's Roofing.
