  Roofers put on wrong shingle; offered a refund of the cost difference but not willing to tear down and reinstall to fulfill the actual contract signed because they "fulfilled the scope of insurance"; told me they do not have general liability insurance

  I typically don’t post reviews, however we are not pleased with the customer service at Relaunch Roofing. It’s been over a week and my phone calls haven’t been returned or ANY follow up conducted regarding a storm damage roof replacement. Initially, the owner was super involved.. actively calling, 2 visits to my home but it seems like as soon as the contract was signed and payment received, he dropped off the face of the earth. We were ‘mislead’ on a few occasions, with the biggest issue being we were told/discussed an architectural shingle would be utilized and instead a cheaper quality 3-tab-shingle was installed. And to top it off, the day of installation the crew (ZERO English speaking) showed up before daylight and literally TARPED US IN OUR HOME. We had to find a way out the the house through a small/safe path in the garage just to let the dogs out to go the restroom. Also, driveway completely blocked with work van and supplies, we had to use the neighbors driveway to get the kids to school/ go to work. Again, with a zero English speaking crew, we also had ZERO oversight, during or post visit from our actual contractor. The work the men did was good, but not happy overall with product or customer service. Had to post complaint here, because again, I never heard from the contractor.

  DO NOT waste time with this company. My family hired them to do some work for our home that had flooded. They have horrible customer service and when other contracts come in to make new clients seem like priority, they put off projects that are already being worked on. The work done to my home was also supposed to be under warranty. However, after calling to explain to them all of the ways that their work was faulty, they ghosted me and stopped answering the phone and returning messages. If you need some work done to your home, please go to a company who knows what they are doing and can manage several projects at a time without putting you off. Take my advice so you don’t have to learn for yourself. Choose another company.

  William came out to our house on February 7 to give us an estimate for a kitchen remodel and window replacement. We were told by William that we should have our estimate later in the week. Heard nothing back. Called the following week and spoke to Kesha and we were told the estimate was being worked on and she would follow back up with us promptly. Then we texted Kesha for an update. Then we heard nothing again. Waited another 2 weeks and called Kesha to inquire about our estimate. She said she would contact William and get back with me promptly. That was Monday. Now it’s Friday morning and we have yet to here from them at all. We had to rearrange our day to meet with you at our house so you could work up an estimate and we also emailed you promptly, items we were wanting like you asked so they could be included in our estimate. If you didn’t want the job just say so. Don’t just ignore people and hope they go away because we will and we will tell everyone why we went away. Such unprofessional people all around. Don’t waste your time or they will waste it for you. Added in response: If you didn’t receive the description of the items that you said I didn’t send which I did send them, then communication is the key. Like I said I have contacted your company on numerous occasions in regards to my estimate and have yet to get a response saying that something was missing or you needed more information. So by saying I didn’t give you what you needed is a serious cop out on your part. Please do better.

  We are sorry u feel this way. The items that were needed to complete your estimate were never received. The estimator asked for you to directly txt the information and it was never received. We are sorry if u feel you wasted your time and would love the opportunity to talk and discuss these problems so we can correct things in the future.

  Relaunch Contracting is not reliable they don't deliver as promised and the Owner William Lynch is hard to find. He appears to be a Scammer concerned with money more than the job.

  Fantastic company we had our new roof, new gutters and gutter guards and downspouts installed by relaunch they came early finished by 1:00 cleaned up everything and today had all new black gutters and guards and downspouts installed absolutely perfect and we love it William and Brittany Lynch, the owners are so sweet and honest and my husband and I couldn’t be happier

  William and his crew are very professional..William explained options , was very transparent on price..they also did repairs on dormers…the crew was efficient, did an excellent job on the roof , repairs and clean up…I highly recommend …

  We used Relaunch for our full roof replacement and were very happy with both William and his team. They were reasonably priced, made sure we felt comfortable with all of the details and went above and beyond to explain everything thoroughly. Once they got started, we felt the entire team was very detail oriented and thorough and went out of their way to make sure that our old home was taken care of. Once they got started they found a few things that slowed the schedule, but they communicated things clearly, we did not feel they took any shortcuts, and we were happy with the way everything was managed. We highly recommend them.

  We had an unbelievable experience from our first meeting with William to the installation of our roof. After being turned down by the insurance company. We decided we needed to replace the roof after only 13 years. We quoted the job with several companies, but Relaunch Came in the most professional we’re extremely happy with the outcome of our new roof. Thank you William for everything. It’s absolutely beautiful.

  I enjoyed working with William Lynch and Relaunch Roofing. I needed an entire roof replaced and William explained the entire process as well as the upgrades I needed to permanently repair a very old roof (OSB decking, ridge vents, flashing). They also removed and replaced the roof structure and roof over my back porch that needed replacement. His crew showed up on time, tarped all the landscaping, completed the entire job in one day and cleaned up after themselves. Their attention to detail is excellent, even painting a galvanized steel vent to match the roof. I would recommend Relaunch Roofing and I will use them again. They also do Gutters and Siding.

  William and his staff were great. William gave me a fair quote and went beyond to point out hidden damage that needed repaired and repaired these areas as well. I highly recommend Relaunch Roofing for your roof replacement or repairs and new gutters installed. ❤️

  We had a huge limb fall from a tree that went into our 3 year old roof leaving about a 6 inch hole across. Since our roof was new we only wanted a repair. We called ReLaunch and they were out quickly and did a super job. Shingles match perfectly, and the price was fair. Thank you William We appreciate you.

  I had a wonderful experience with Relaunch Roofing. William is very professional, helpful. Gave me three options, all great. They showed up at the scheduled date and time, did a wonderful job, and finished in less than a day. I recommend Relaunch Roofing to everyone.
