I had them repair a leak I had in my ceiling which they said they can do and also repair the cracks I had in the ceiling! I called them to report that it was a certain part in my ceiling that the crack was not covered and they needed to repair it! At that time I was told it was something else and they tired to charge me more money to repair something that was suppose to be included in the price! Beware if this company in regards to this! They will seem like they are customer friendly and even veteran friendly but it is not the truth! I’m so upset with this company for trying to get money from me! Terrible service in regards to satisfying the customer! Thumbs down!

Great experience had here with the team at CM Roofing Pros. We posted on nextdoor on Friday morning and got contacted within minutes. Rick gave us a quick quote which was very fair and they were scheduled to come out on the Saturday morning. They arrived timely and completed the work the same day. The work was immaculate! We had a section of fascia and boarding replaced and you cannot tell it apart from the rest of the house. Color was matched perfectly and it blends in like there was never any damage there. Once they got into the job, they did find some rotting wood underneath which needed replacing as well but they were very upfront about it, showed us the issue and got permission to do that work in advance. The extra fee was also minimal which sets them apart from a lot of other companies that see the opportunity for a much bigger upcharge. Ultimately, great experience through and through and we will definitely be using them for all future roof work. It's hard to find a good, hard working, honest company but we have definitely found one here.

We had a great experience with CM Roofing Pros LLC! The entire team was friendly, professional, and easy to work with from start to finish. They kept me informed throughout the process, showed up when they said they would, and did an excellent job. The crew worked hard, paid attention to the details, and made sure everything was cleaned up before they left. It’s not always easy to find a company you can trust, but CM Roofing Pros made the whole experience stress-free. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends! Thank you for a job well done!

Rick is very professional, developed a cost estimate with several options, and scheduled the installation in less than a week! No pressure, no hard sales pitch - just professional and in-person.
