The critical reviews
The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.
We hold no one or two-star review text for Regional Roofing. That is not the same as there being none — it means our capture did not reach any. The rating breakdown above is Google’s own count and is the number to go on.
Other reviews we hold
8 more of the 8 reviews we hold text for, most recent first. We do not hold every review Google has.

Fair pricing, excellent communication, and top-notch craftsmanship. They walked us through every step of the roof replacement process without any hidden fees. Will definitely use them again

We had a different contractor before who left us with more problems than we started with so we were a little wary when it came time to fix the roof but thankfully this time they found a leak around the chimney and fixed it in less than two hours. The expert took the time to explain the root of the problem and utilized what appeared to be excellent materials for the patchwork.

Charged a reasonable price for the roof shingle replacement, which was done in less than two hours, including a couple of shingles I was missing. I liked how the repairman explained the process because I was worried about water damage beneath the surface, which wasn't an issue.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 9 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 9, of which 8 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on Regional Roofing. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
