  I won’t use anyone else for my roofing needs. A roofing crew installed a new roof on our home years ago with great workmanship, careful cleanup, and real attention to protecting the landscaping around the house. The yard and driveway were left so clean it was hard to tell any roof work had even been done. Because of that experience, I called them again when we ended up with a leak near the plumbing vent stack during a bathroom remodel in Hayward. They arrived the very next day, got up on the roof to inspect the problem, and within about an hour they had repaired both vent stack penetrations. They handled it quickly and professionally as part of their customer care. It was especially reassuring to have a roofing team that understands how important it is in California to keep a roof sealed tight against sun, heat, and seasonal rain. Great service, strong communication, and dependable roofing work all around.

  I found Rapi Fix Roofers on facebook when i needed help with a leaking roof. calvin was the sales rep, and after we talked on messenger he came to my house within days to inspect the roof and explain the roofing options. robert followed up soon after, and within a short time the new roof was installed. I also had new gutters added, which really helped improve drainage and the overall look of the house. calvin helped me pick out colors and the right type of shingles for the heat and sun, and he made the whole roofing process easy to understand. I could talk to calvin or robert like family, and they helped me through the whole job from start to finish. The crew was fast, professional, and clean, and the finished roof and gutter work came out great. I plan to reach out again when i am ready to get the siding done.

  Our roof started leaking, and I called and left a voicemail asking if someone could come out before the storm rolled in. Calvin called me back, took our information, and said he would do his best to work us into the schedule during a break in the rain.   What a great roofing experience from start to finish. Rapi Fix Roofers had a friendly office team that answered fast and set up a roof estimator right away. robert was honest, easy to talk to, and made the whole roofing process feel simple and stress free. Since i had a small roof leak over the garage, he helped move things along so a crew could come out quickly. Within a short time, i had the job on the schedule and knew what to expect. calvin and the crew were excellent. They showed up right on time in the morning and got to work right away. The roof repair moved smoothly through the day, and when i got back home in the evening, they were wrapping up and doing a thorough cleanup. The team was respectful, hardworking, and careful with the property. They also took time to answer questions and explain the work to a family member who stopped by and was curious about the progress. The whole job felt organized, professional, and well managed, and the roof leak issue was handled with real care. Easily one of the best experiences i have had with a roofing contractor.

  Our roof had storm-related damage, so we got a few roofing quotes, and this team stood out from the rest.   Thank you for the professional work removing our old chimney and installing a beautiful new roof. The roofing crew was excellent, worked efficiently, and finished the roof job in just one day.   from the first day we reached out to rapi fix roofers, everything went smoothly. wyatt showed a lot of patience and really worked with us, bringing over different roofing material samples and even sharing a few local addresses so we could see different roof colors and styles in person. once the job started, the crew was super hardworking and really went above what we expected, even working through some rainy days. everyone was friendly, professional, and paid close attention to details. at the end of each day, they made sure our yard in hayward was spotless, not a bit of mess left behind. if you need roofing, gutters, or siding done, i highly recommend them. definitely a five star experience.
