  I can’t say enough good things about the roofing team. My husband met with Joseph for the estimate, and he clearly walked us through our options. We talked about doing a roof repair where the leak was starting or replacing the entire roof. Darrell, one of the roofers, came out to inspect the roof and attic area to track down where the leak was getting in. He did an excellent job explaining the roofing repair in simple terms and helped us understand the condition of the older shingles and underlayment. In the end, we chose a full roof replacement because our roof was aging and it made more sense for long-term protection. The crew showed up on time, was respectful of our property, and worked hard from start to finish. They kept the area clean, communicated well, and the new roof looks great. We’re beyond happy with the results and feel much better knowing our home in Hayward is protected. I would gladly recommend them to anyone needing roofing work.

  From the first contact to the final cleanup, my expectations were exceeded. My roofing job was scheduled for an early morning start, and the crew arrived right on time and were up on the roof quickly. darrell and joseph explained each step in simple terms, including how the shingles, flashing, and roof areas were being handled, and they answered all of my questions clearly. They even painted the vent pipes, which made the finished roof look even better. My new roof looks great, and for the first time i do not have any leaks, even over my flat front porch roof section that had always been a problem. The crew also did an excellent job protecting the property, keeping the yard clean, picking up debris, and using a magnet to collect loose nails. What really stood out was the attention to detail and follow-up. They came back the next day to recheck the yard and make sure everything around the house was clean and safe, and they took more time to answer my questions. it was a very positive experience from start to finish. Great roofing work, great service, and a smooth process all around.

  I’m extremely happy with my choice for this roofing service. Joseph responded fast and repaired the roof well at a fair price. Strong wind had blown off a few shingles, and the next rain caused a leak in my hallway. I had contacted a couple of other roofing companies first, but one never responded and another was too booked up. I was a little unsure at first, but I’m very glad I moved forward. Darrell explained the repair clearly, showed me photos of the roof before the work, the roofing materials being used, and pictures of the finished repair. The whole process felt honest and professional. I’m very relieved to have the leak fixed before the next rain, and I really appreciate the quick response, solid workmanship, and fair roofing service.

  Our family needed a roof repair after another roofer tried to fix the problem several times without success. We contacted Hayes Brothers Roofers LLC, and Darrell quickly called my husband to set up a quote and also kept me informed since I would be home for the inspection in Hayward. He arrived right on time, was very professional, friendly, and respectful to our family, and gave us a very fair price. Since rain was expected the next day, he was able to complete the repair the same day, including fixing an enclosed skylight area and taking care of a few other roofing items that needed attention. He explained everything clearly, let us know the repair was finished, and said to reach out if we noticed anything during the rain, although he was confident the work would hold up well. It was also helpful that they gave us a clear idea of how much life our roof likely has left, which made it easier to plan ahead for a future roof replacement.   Update: When it was time for a new roof, I had a really good experience with this roofing company. There was no pressure and no upselling, just honest advice and a solid, clean roofing job. I highly recommend them. The warranty was very strong and better than what you would usually get at this price. Joseph was very clear, helpful, and committed from start to finish. Before the full roof replacement, they also came out to check a small roof leak. Darrell gave an honest assessment and explained that the leak source was minor and a little hard to pinpoint. Instead of pushing unnecessary repairs, he carefully inspected the roof inside and out, applied sealant in a few likely problem spots, and suggested monitoring it during the next rain. I appreciated that practical approach and the attention to detail. Their honesty, clean workmanship, and straightforward communication really stood out, and I would gladly call them again for any roofing needs in Hayward.
