Hi Kristen, We’re sorry you feel this way. Earlier in the week, our office attempted to reach you multiple times due to the rain forecast, as we do not walk roofs in unsafe conditions. We were trying to reschedule for safety reasons. On the morning of the appointment, we also attempted to confirm. Per our policy, if we are unable to confirm the day of, we do not proceed with an in person visit. Due to the weather conditions, a drone was used strictly for safety purposes, which is standard practice in the Roofing industry. We also want to respectfully note that we do not appreciate the use of profanity or verbal insults toward our team. We are committed to maintaining professionalism in all interactions. We regret the miscommunication and wish you the best moving forward.

This company is great! We had a fantastic experience working with them. Leo was our project manager and he took time to explain all the findings and recommendations + reviewed the process and timeline. Juan did a great job with the work and thoroughly cleaned up afterwards. They were able to get the work done ahead of schedule and were communicative throughout the process. Highly recommend! Their pricing is competitive, they are thorough with the work and excellent to work with. We’ll def be recommending them to all our friends and family in the area!
