  My issue stems from the inability to communicate with the workers. We had a very precise and specific request if them to not go into our garage without our knowledge or consent. They violated our request. When we asked why they didn't ring the bell and ask us or even let us know they said they "didn't understand". I have serious doubts about that part. When I reached out to the supervisor Josh, he became irate and said that he told them they could go into it without our consent. He also stated that "he needed to get off the phone to help other people too." He completely dismissed our concerns. This shows a complete lack of professionalism and Redemption and their crew/and supervisor Josh. I would not recommend them at all. **I wanted to let it be known that the owner Mr. Sigel read the review and reached out to us let us know he takes the concerns of all his customers seriously. I thank him for taking out the time to not only listen intently to our concern but to address it and not dismiss us. Customers always appreciate being taken seriously and not being feeling like we have no voice over what rakes place on our own property. Thank you.

  I vetted 5 roofing companies prior to selecting Redemption Roofing. They also came highly recommended from someone that I trust. The Office Manager and Project Manager were both professional, courteous, expedient, a pleasure to work with, and their communication was consistent and clear. They provided top quality workmanship and I received more than I expected. This is a world-class company with top notch customer service. You will not be disappointed.   I had such a wonderful experience working with Steve and all of the folks at Redemption! I would highly recommend if you need a new roof to use these guys. Awesome craftsmanship and did a great job with cleanup!!

  Contacted Redemption Roofing Gulf Coast about getting estimate for roof replacement. Salesman Matt P. came out, inspected roof and explained options. Roof was replaced within a week. Matt was on jobsite entire time and worked with job foreman to make sure all removed materials were removed from the site. Very pleased with finished job. Had a follow up check of completed job by salesman Matt P., Matt Cooper GM, and Malarkey Roof Products rep. Overall I am very pleased with finished job and product. Job well done!!

  Am very pleased and satisfied with the job Redemption Roofing Gulf Coast did for me on Feb. 21-22. Though there was a rough start to the work on the first day due to material issues, they came through to resolve every issue in a timely manner that was very commendable, to my advantage at no extra cost, and resulted in a superb installation that I won't have to worry about for my remaining lifetime, nor will the next homeowner for quite a long time. I highly recommend Redemption Roofing for your roofing work.
