  Their roofing subcontractors - 5 stars Their gutter subcontractors - 1 stars. Red Hawk itself 2-3 stars. So Red Hawk made promises of work beyond the scope that I expected which was great. Unfortunately they then walked that back later but eventually agreed to something in the middle which was totally fair. This story would have ended there no hard feelings if their gutter subs had managed to hang gutters correctly and Red Hawk had fixed the issues and damage. The gutter subs installed some gutters severely angled towards the house. Red Hawks own employee told me he was very concerned that this could lead to ice being pushed into the attic. The gutter subs also damaged some drip edge disconnecting it from the roof in a section by attempting to bend it down to install the gutter hangers through it instead of notching the drip edge (like they did everywhere else) or installing the hangers under the drip edge. Red Hawks employee took photos of all these and told me they would let me know what the solution would be. That was 6 months ago. I’ve heard nothing from Red Hawk. I contacted him 2 weeks ago. No response. I can’t say that I’m surprised. If you use Red Hawk I’d suggest recording every interaction from day 1 and expect broken promises, moving goal posts, and a total failure to follow up with issues.

  Red Hawk Roofing was instrumental in helping us get our roof replacement approved by our insurance carrier. It was a long process but with their assistance and advice, we persevered and got it approved. Patrick Carney was a BIG help on the front end and the installation team did a great job, including cleaning up after the job. Thanks Red Hawk!

  We had a fantastic experience working with Red Hawk on our recent roof replacement. They made the entire process incredibly easy for us. From coordinating with our insurance company to handling communication with our solar company, we never once felt like the middleman. Clay was in constant communication and kept us informed every step of the way, which made the whole experience stress-free. We had put off replacing our roof for years because we thought dealing with insurance and the solar uninstall and reinstall would be such a hassle.
