  Door to door solicitor ignored my no soliciting sign and then decided to literally open my front door in order to stick his door hanger in the door (maybe because it wouldnt hang on my type of door knob? who knows). Then he had the audacity to argue with me when I trespassed him off my property for OPENING MY DOOR.

  While placing an unsolicited ad on our front door, an employee of this company crossed a barrier and walked on our freshly reconcreted driveway. Needless to say, I wouldn't trust a company that has no respect for work of others with any repairs.

  They completed our roof during a sale (we were the purchaser and there was a hale storm while we were under contract). Recently discovered they did not install up to 2021 IRC roofing code, also when they reinstalled the gutter they slapped on wood that isn’t graded for outdoor use and didn’t paint it. What a mess that I am now trying to resolve. Confirmed they are the roofing company on the permit pulled with the city.

  I do NOT recommend this roofing company. To sum things up, they have poor customer service, questionable quality roof replacement, lack of clean up after the project was completed and did not complete contracted items causing me to pay out of pocket for issues that they caused. I cannot recommend this roofer. I am frustrated and disappointed. Precise Roofing LLC has poor customer service throughout the roofing process, so bad that I am concerned that their roofing work is also inferior. Because of this I am paying out of pocket to have another roofer come check their work to be certain the roof was installed correctly. The City did sign off on the roof but that does not speak to the quality of the installation, which will be easier to fix now than later on down the road when there are issues. It was difficult to confirm their insurance because they use two different brokers and changed insurance AGAIN right before the start of my project. Make sure to get the certificate directly from the broker or insurer and not from the roofer. This is crucial to ensure before letting anyone work on your home! The vent going to my water heater was disconnected during the process and although fixing this was part of my final contract in writing, it has been 7 weeks and they still will not send someone out to make this repair. This is a carbon monoxide risk so I am also paying out of pocket to have an HVAC company come out to repair this. In addition, they left shards of metal all around my house and down my driveway so I spent a few hours picking everything up so my pup doesn’t shred his paws or I get a flat tire. I have pictures of this. While some of the shards were little tendrils there were countless that were 2”-3” and could really do some damage. Careless. There are thousands of roofing companies to choose from so don’t choose this one.

  I worked with Jamie and Victor on several job thru this year. Jamie was a great communicator and it was a pleasure working with her. Total professional. Work with my insurance company so I didnt have to.

  Curtis was absolutely great to work with. He’s helped guide me with the insurance adjuster differences and helped understand the differences. They found 3 layers of felt which they removed all so we started with a clean roof! Overall he made it as easy for the homeowner as humanly possible. Highly recommend their services.

  Ben, (owner) came out to inspect my roof. While he said there is hail damage he told me not enough to require replacement. He said the roof is good. He is honest, knowledgeable and seems extremely trustworthy! Thanks Ben

  I’m writing this review after having the roof replaced on one of our rental homes following a severe hailstorm in Denver this past summer. We contacted several roofing companies for estimates. Some showed up, while others were no-shows. On one occasion, I arrived at the property to meet a roofing contractor who failed to show up for the second time. Fortunately, that's when I met Jamie Yoshida, General Sales Manager at Precise Roofing, LLC. She and her team happened to be working on the neighboring property. After speaking with Jamie, I asked if they could provide an estimate. Her team immediately got to work. She quickly contacted her manager and another inspector to assess the damage, and by the following day I had a detailed, comprehensive estimate with everything I needed to file a claim with my insurance company. When my insurance adjuster came to inspect the property, Jamie's team met them on-site. They worked together to review the damage and agreed on the scope of work needed to replace the roof. Once I received the insurance estimate, we were able to schedule the project without delay. Within two weeks, the roof replacement was completed, and all required city inspections passed on the first visit. The entire process was efficient, professional, and stress-free. It was an absolute pleasure working with Jamie Yoshida and the entire team at Precise Roofing, LLC. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Precise Roofing, LLC to anyone looking for a trustworthy and reliable roofing contractor.

  The whole team at Precise Roofing were absolutely wonderful to work with, helping me get a roof replaced and doing it within the confines of a fast moving Real Estate timeline. They went above and beyond making sure the roof was installed better than it had ever been on this home. Extra details were cared for without even having to ask. I always had the feeling that they really know their stuff when it comes to roof expertise.   I am so happy I found Precise Roofing! I needed a complete roof restoration on my house and garage due to hail damage. Victor and Ben were professional, honest, great communicators and very helpful with the insurance process. My house has a flat roof, Ben explained the entire process, the materials used and answered all of my (many) questions, they truly are experts on all types of roofs. Precise Roofing is the real deal!

  Last week something fell off from my house roof, I don’t know what is it, so I searched on google and send a picture to Precise Roofing, Jingjing Chen, who speak fluent English and Chinese respond to me right away, told me it is the Furnace pipe cap on roof, need to replace it. She send one of their staff Ben to us the same day, and fixed it right away. Very punctual, professional, and assertive. I will always refer this company to my friends and my families whenever they have any problems with roof.

  Excellent Service and Honest Work Had a great experience with Precise Roofing. They performed a roof inspection and repaired a tile that had slid off at no charge, which really showed their honesty and professionalism. They are also working with me to fix a few broken tiles and provided reasonable, transparent estimates. Highly recommend them for reliable and trustworthy roofing service.
