Nick with Uptop Roofing was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. He was professional, honest, and extremely knowledgeable, taking the time to explain every step of the process and making sure we felt comfortable along the way. The quality of the work was top-notch, and everything was completed on time and exactly as promised. It’s hard to find contractors you can truly trust, but Nick definitely delivers. Highly recommend him to anyone needing roofing work—5 stars all the way!

Roofs are expensive, but this company provided good quality work. Nick is a great communicator, and walked me through the whole process and checked in throughout.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a fantastic experience with Up Top Roofing from start to finish. After wind damage to our property, they worked directly with our insurance company and handled everything—from initial mitigation through a full roof replacement—with a level of professionalism that’s honestly hard to find. What really set them apart was how well they managed a complex project. This wasn’t a simple roof—there were parapet walls, skylight detailing, tight site logistics, and tenant coordination to deal with—and they handled all of it seamlessly. They coordinated a temporary road closure and crane operation to safely load materials onto the roof, which was executed efficiently and without issues. At the same time, they provided clear, consistent communication to tenants, including advance notices, scheduling updates, and access coordination. That level of organization made a huge difference and kept disruption to a minimum. From a technical standpoint, the quality of the installation was top-tier. The existing roofing system was fully torn down to the deck, and they installed a new multi-layer system including a reinforced 60-mil PVC membrane that was mechanically fastened and heat-welded at the seams for long-term watertight performance. The insulation assembly was substantial (over 5 inches thick), improving energy efficiency and overall building performance. They paid close attention to critical details like parapet wall terminations, ensuring proper vertical flashing and securement so water can’t migrate behind the system. Skylights and all roof penetrations were professionally flashed using prefabricated components, which is exactly what you want to see for durability and leak prevention. Edge details, drains, and transitions were all clean and properly executed. The system itself meets rigorous ASTM standards for strength, puncture resistance, and weathering, and is designed to handle wind uplift and temperature extremes—important for Colorado conditions. Nick and Up Top installed a commercial roof on the building we lease. When a problem came up he took care of it immediately. The roof installation looks fantastic. Amazing work quality.

We had hail damage that needed a total roof replacement. Up Top Roofing did a comprehensive job that extended well beyond the roof. They provided contractor services for gutters, downspouts and other roofing work. They also provided affordable, high quality painting contractors. All the different contractors did a great job, all on agreed upon times and prices. When the work was done, the house looked completely different with new colors and materials. The house looked like a beautiful new house. They were helpful and reasonably patient with working and waiting for the long insurance process of receiving funds from insurance providers and getting approval from mortgage companies to endorse funds. They were instrumental in securing some additional funds for damages not originally in the initial insurance claim. We would greatly recommend Up Top Roofing.
