  Our roof, gutters, etc. were damaged in the May 30th, 2024 hail storm. We checked with Angi's Home advisor. FTC had good reviews. Robert, the rep for FTC - nice guy, came out gave a bid that seemed reasonable - about in the middle of several other bids, that included detach and reset of solar, roof and gutter replacement, and a few sundry other items. Roofing was started a month before we planned on having it done. We could deal with that. Solar crew, subcontractors, were very careful about detaching and putting panels in a safe place. They also did a good job reattaching the panels when roof was finished. Problems were: getting critter guard reinstalled-5+ missed appointments; and roof was damaged in process. Robert said work was guaranteed and would be fixed. Nope, not done. Roofing was completed on hottest day of summer in a couple of hours. Problems are: Roofing was not well done - all my neighbors have told us that it doesn't look like a job well done, and that they are glad that they are going with other roofers; roofers ripped off gutters, nobody took pictures of what was being turned, I mean ripped off the house and tearing off chunks of paint, etc; and while it maybe esthetic, even edges make for a neat look and a better functioning roof. Gutters were poorly done and required many trips by same and different subcontractors who didn't know what they were doing. We are still not totally satisfied with Gutters. Robert is a nice guy and said work is guaranteed. A guarantee is only as good as the quality of work? Robert has been out many times, but there are issues that still need to be addressed.

  I would beware of this company. This guy Derrik said he could get me a discount by putting up signs in my front yard as advertising. I spoke with my adjuster, and they told me that was insurance fraud. I'll be going with a more reputable company.

  Hello Conor, I am so sorry that you feel we are not a reputable company as we are very much a reputable company. Your insurance company is not being honest with you as offering a coupon is not insurance fraud. According to the SB38 bill that was put in place 6/6/12 (Consumer protection/Residential Roofing Bill of Rights) "Prohibits a roofing contractor from paying, waiving or rebating an insurance deductible for a property owner" We simply were not doing that. We offer perks in many ways to take care of our clients, it could be a coupon credit, referral credit, upgraded shingle or even upgraded extend warranty. We are members of the Colorado Roofing Association and abide by all code of ethics. If you do not want to work with us that is completely your choice, But please do your research on other contractors to make sure they are a great company and will look after you and your property like its their own.

  The 2 stars are only for the roof that they did well. Over all one of the worst company I’ve ever worked with. I was told they would have the work done in August, it was not finished until November. Multiple times they tried to charge me for work which was not done. The owner told me I was not worth “the drive out to discuss these charges.” I finally had to setup a meeting with my insurance agent and the company representative Robert. I still ended up paying for work which they did not do. Their final bill to me had a line item with a charge to me saying work not done. If you use them only have them do your roof is my advice.

  In October 2025 I submitted a claim to my homeowners insurance for hail damage to the roof of my house. The insurance sent an adjuster that was contracted with them out. It was immediately denied. The insurance company stated that the damage on my house was not from hail. They said it was from neglect on my part. One day, a few months later a contractor named Frankie showed up at my door. He noticed that I had hail damage on my roof and asked me if I had turned in a claim. I told him I had however it was denied. He and I talked for quite some time. He even climbed up on my roof that day and looked around. He told me that he would help me fight the insurance company to get a new roof. He said that I didn’t have to do this alone. He was sure that he could help me through the process and that my insurance company would replace the roof. I was skeptical at first and it did take several months. So I submitted a new claim. After having two or three adjusters come out and look at the roof, it was denied again. I was so frustrated. Then Issac, a public adjuster got involved. It finally got approved. The weekend before, I noticed that 5 other houses in my name all had their roofs replaced or that they had roofers on their house, actively working on it right then. One night i decided that I was going to call the insurance company and raise hell about it the next day. That morning I received a message from my insurance company that the claim was approved. By now it’s six months later. I didn’t end up calling them. I contacted Frankie immediately and told him the great news. That day he started working on ordering the materials and within a few days my roof was complete. I am so grateful to Frankie and JTC Roofing for their help. I very highly recommend JTC Roofing!! Frankie is kind, professional and quite passionate about his job. I later found out that the insurance companies like to play games and deny us, hoping that we will just drop the subject and move on.   Robert (Bobby) Maes made the process of getting our roof replaced a smooth and easy process. We only paid the deductible out of pocket. Highly satisfied that we were able to get everything done in a little over a week's time from roof inspection with insurance to job completion.

  Just finished up a Roof Hail damage claim with FTC roofing in Golden Co. Skyler and crew were great. No surprises , on time, on budget. They navigated the State Farm bullshit for me. I'm very happy ---new roof/gutters.

  FCC roofing did an amazing job for us. Matt Bello was a total hero for us. My husband and I knew very little about the process for getting a new roof and he helped us navigate through every turn. The work was professional and our house looks beautiful. I would recommend this company to anyone.

  Fantastic work. Additional ventilation was installed, which should help with shingle longevity. Frankie kept us aware of status with insurance and scheduling at all times. Neighbors were impressed that the crew asked to check their yard for debris. Everything looks great.
