  We had a great experience with Patrick from Red Hawk. He helped us navigate a challenging insurance situation, and kept frequent communication throughout the process. He was persistent in getting the insurance to pay for the full repair and once approved, the roof replacement was completed quickly and without any issues. I would definitely recommend going with Red Hawk and working withe Patrick Carney.

  I recently bought a home and the roof was in shambles. It leaked everywhere and with the rain we had, we were desperate for a new roof. We contacted Red Hawk and they sent someone out the next day to patch up a few things temporarily and go over new roof options. Joe Clemen worked with me and my insurance and it was such a painless process, not at all what i expected of getting a new roof. He was kind and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend. :)

When the August 15 storm hit, Aurora Fire Rescue took more than 15 calls as it rolled through that afternoon: flooded intersections, cars stuck, water in houses. Hail gets all the attention, but a storm that dumps that much water that fast tests a roof a different way. It finds the valleys, the flashing around chimneys and vents, and anywhere the seal has aged out. Most of that you can't see from the ground, and most of it doesn't leak the same week. It soaks the decking first and shows up on a ceiling a month later, once you've stopped connecting it to the storm.
