Realtors, investors and homeowners beware of roofing contractors like this one. Great marketing, sales and real estate transactions experience but no regards in keeping communication with customers and subcontractors. Lastly they don’t pay their subcontractors or material vendors only thing they do have is excuse after excuse. Some of us aren’t willing to wait around and be treated unprofessionally, after good work was completed. As of today 12/7/24 This contractor has a hefty $$$$$ balance of labor and materials for two properties. Unfortunately those customers will be receiving mechanical liens on said properties. Thanks for your attention
