I set up an appointment for an estimate to restore my deck. The day came for my estimate and no one arrived nor did I receive a phone call. I called the company and they acknowledged I had an appointment and gave no excuse why they did not come or apologize for the inconvenience. They then tried to set up a new date. I said no thank you have a nice day.

Every step of the way in the process of our roof replacement was handled professionally. The price of the replacement was well within reason. They showed up on time and their work was excellent. From start to finish every worker did his job professionally. They were polite and very friendly. Everyone we interacted with from Recovery Roofing was efficient and answered any questions we asked. We would highly recommend them if you're in need of a new roof or any other home improvement.

RHI were great and were patient with my color choice. I changed colors many times before the installation date and they were very patient and on the install day the crew did an amazing job with the roof. It looks great and would recommend you as their prices were a lot reasonable as well compared to their competitors.

The best home repair service I have ever experienced. The inspection was timely and I was told what to expect and the cost. The office was very helpful and communicated well via e mail with photos . The job was done very well and it looks good. This company was a class act. I would recommend them to anyone.

Recovery Home Improvement put a new roof on our house yesterday. They did an excellent job. We love it. Jimi and Matt came to our house and offered suggestions when we first inquired. Matt showed us a lot of samples for our roof and our upcoming siding job and answered my many questions. Stephanie was wonderful with financing and answering our many emails. The crew was friendly, considerate and worked their tails off. We would highly recommend this business. Support our local businesses folks!

I would highly recommend this company. They installed a new roof which we were very satisfied with. Also built a deck with overhang. Love it! Wouldn't use any other company!

They stand by their work, which is excellent. Update 4/2020: I'm modifying my original review from 5 stars to 4. I had a great experience with them in my old house. But when I called to have them look into replacing or repairing a roof in a new house, the experience was not so great. The guy came to my house and spent some time on measurements but then quietly left without speaking to me and no one has returned my calls since then. I'm okay if the job feels like something that isn't in their area of expertise, but they should just tell me that instead of ghosting me.

Recovery Home Improvement was extremely professional from the beginning of the process of writing the proposal to finishing the entire installation of my roof. My roof had to be rescheduled several times due to bad weather and I was kept abreast of all of these changes of dates and times. They gave me a reasonable quote and Recovery Home Improvement offers in-house financing for their roofing projects should you need it. Their crew is professional, the installation was quick and painless, and they cleaned up after it was finished. I highly recommend them for any roofing projects, whether it is a home or business installation-5 Stars!!
