  I wanted to get three bids one for total replacement even new decking "$23,584.38",one for repair"$2,963.00, and one more for repair only from Rebuild Texas. Rebuild Texas said they didn't want to have any thing to do with it. Glass-half-empty kind of company, no can do attitude

  Mr. Byrd, We apologize we were unable to assist you on your project. I have reviewed your file our representative was correct the project you called us about does not fit our business model. We have found over time there are certain projects that we can not accommodate due to lack of skilled tradesmen in an area. Sorry that you feel we have a no can do attitude that is not our intent. In effort to provide our customers with the best service and project we unfortunately do have to turn away some projects. We are a locally owned small business and we do not have the resources of larger companies like Lowes or Home Depot so we do the best we can to take care of the projects we know we are good at and that are in our wheelhouse. Thanks for your feedback and we hope you were able to get your project completed.

  We had the pleasure of meeting Erik Annell. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Mr. Annell was able to take care of our problem right away ensuring we were safe from the heavy, windy days ahead of us! Additionally, he was so kind and took care of our elderly, sweet neighbors next door and patiently answered all their questions. Great customer service!

  Rebuild Texas did an outstanding job on our roof. Matt and Crystal we’re very helpful and guaranteed us on their word. He always made sure our needs were taken care. The entire process was very easy and efficient. He personally guaranteed us that our insurance would take care of it and if they didn’t he was going to pay the difference out of his own pocket. The entire roof was completed within the same day they started. I would definitely recommend Rebuild Texas to anyone. They really know what they’re talking about.

  Very impressed with Matt's professionalism and his knowledge on how to deal with the Insurance company. My roof was completed in a timely manner and Matt made sure I understood the whole process.

  Chin Gibson is amazing! I was so nervous about selecting some one to look at my roof because I have heard the horror stories of shady people. Mrs. Gibsons knowledge and professionalism was top notch. I would recommend her and Texas Rebuild to everyone! Thank you for making this process easy and a huge success! I love my new roof!!!

  I noticed a few of my neighbors getting their roofs replaced after a recent hail storm. I looked online for a local contractor. I spoke with a few companies before I picked Rebuild Texas. Nick came to my home and did a full property inspection. He took photos of everything he saw on my roof and around my property. After he finished his inspection we sat down at the table and reviewed everything he had scene during his inspection. He showed them to me on his laptop, he even had a way for me to access them online which I think is very handy. After determining that my roof had sustained damaged Nick walked me through the entire claims process. The only thing I had to do after a simple 15 minute phone call to my insurance company was pick my shingle color. They handle everything for me. I was extremely pleased with the whole job from start to finish. I will use Nick and the rest of his crew for any roofing needs I ever have!

  Matt and Nick from Rebuild Texas were incredibly personable but also very professional. They did the work quickly and were very affordable. They relate well to home owners and families and were honest and clear. The house looks great! I highly recommend them!

  Our area was hit hard by a hail storm. I met Matt Netzel the next day and he inspected my roof. Then helped us through the claims process. In 25 years of owning a home I have never had a claim and Matt helped make it easy. A few days later …
