  Nails everywhere and now i have a flat tire. I never saw them using a magnetic roller to pick up nails or metal pieces. Only a blower to blow all dust and trash to the grass.

  Their crew was working on our home and very inconsiderate. Wife can’t walk and they wouldn’t let us park anywhere near our home for the duration of the work. Understand they need to be close but they had personal vehicles blocking off access to our home. When we asked if they could move the crew was very rude towards us. They also left trash and litter in our yard and carport. They also broke glass in our carport and didn’t clean it up. Below they have responded that they cannot find my info without mentioning that that’s because they do work on Fort Hood For a multitude of families they don’t have names for and work they don’t get held accountable for. On top of that apologizing for how I feel is not apologizing for the lack of professionalism and lack of respect from employees hired by this company towards the people in the homes they worked on.

  They are currently working on fort hood housing, the workers left garbage all over the yard and left it, left nails all over our back yard, left the gate open after they were done and pets got out. Very unprofessional. They also moved Christmas decorations that we had already moved out of their way and broke them. After they finished and moved on to another home, this is what was left in my driveway.

  Overall bad experience. Daily messes left in my yard. Left tree branches they’d cut down to work on the roof for a month. Watched them laugh and joke around after the work they’d done on a neighbors house caught on fire. Unprofessional all around

  Tony with Tanner Roofing consistently performs excellent work whether repairing or replacing roofs. Tanner Roofing's estimates are always very reasonable, they schedule all work promptly, provide great photos during and after roof replacements, and always leave the job site clean. They are very reliable and professional and I highly recommend them!

  Bobby, Tony and the crew at Tanner Roofing are truly top notch. After trying to DIY patch a leaky roof, we consulted with a few roofing companies. After multiple consultations, we felt the most comfortable with Bobby and Tanner Roofing so that’s who we chose. There’s no way anyone else would have come close to the job these guys did. They found we had some bad decking and siding that was causing the leak. Had it been a company that just reshingles and doesn’t go all the way to the decking, we’d have gotten a “new roof” that still would have leaked. It was addressed immediately with a phone call from Bobby and the additional cost was reasonable. With flowers all around our house, they were extremely careful where the old shingles and paper went and didn’t damage a petal. They seriously went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. We couldn’t ask for more. EXTREMELY satisfied customer!!!

  I’m a local realtor in Central Texas, and I work with both buyers and sellers—and I recommend Tony without hesitation. Not only do I confidently refer him to my clients, but I also use him for my own personal properties. He’s always honest, transparent, and actually shows up on time (which, let’s be real, isn’t always the case with contractors). Tony does exactly what he says he’s going to do, and he truly takes the time to work through any concerns. He also explained the insurance claim process clearly, and when I had trouble getting my check because I didn’t fully understand the paperwork, he even met me at a notary to help me get everything handled.   ...explained to Tanner Roofing what I needed, and they delivered with exceptional service in a timely manner. I am in the process of selling my home, and the inspector found a few discrepancies that I didn't feel were that serious. However, Tanner Roofing clarified the issues in a way I understood and put my mind at ease, as well as the buyers'.

  As a first time homeowner and dealing with roof repairs/replacement, the process was a little overwhelming. Tanner Roofing (Bobby) was patient with my decision making and knowledgeable helping me make the best choices for my home. Bobby was available for all of my questions and concerns as well as followed up with services and what to expect throughout my entire roof replacement. He walked me through the process every step of the way. They provided quality work and I am 100% satisfied with my new roof.
