  This company was beyond unprofessional from the moment they answered the first call! First, I expect a business to identify themselves when you call, “hello” makes me think I’m calling someone’s personal line. The first man I spoke with seemed hesitant to even set me an appointment because I had multiple projects from the storm but was only looking to contract with them for siding. Hinting they would come out and give an estimate but would possibly not take the job because it was an all or nothing type company. I already had a signed contract with a different company for other projects so there was no way I was going to break that contract solely because of that. We spent 12 minutes on the phone and he finally agreed set me an appointment as I was about to ask if he was trying to tell me he did not want to work with me. I took off work for the 2 hour 8-10 time slot he gave me and when no one showed I called the number back. Another man answered and I asked was this the business that did siding and he said no so I ended the call. Googled the number and it in fact was the number I had called to set up the appointment with. I call back and the same man said “oh I though you said do we do Vinyl siding we do other sidings” and listed off some. I asked about my appointment and he looked in the system and said there was no appointment scheduled but he could send one of his guys before 12. With The lack of professionalism, hesitation to want to work only specific services for me, and the flagrant disregard for my time I declined his offer. I called because they had good reviews so clearly not everyone has had my same experience, but I just do not feel comfortable entrusting my home with this company based off my interaction with them. Edit to respond to your reply: I called your company three separate times over two weeks and spoke to two separate individuals and was greeted with a hello each time. That is a continuous oversight that might be minor to you but I personally

  I had a time scheduled for them to come out and check my roof. We confirmed same day and everything. No one ever showed up. I called them and no one ever replied. Don’t waste your time.
