Lower than most — the typical roofer in Texas sits at 1.0%. A higher share is a reason to read the critical reviews below, not a verdict.

The critical reviews

The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.

We hold no one or two-star review text for Birdcreek Roofing. That is not the same as there being none — it means our capture did not reach any. The rating breakdown above is Google’s own count and is the number to go on.

Eddie and his team installed our new roof and it was so amazing (the speed, work ethic, cleanliness) our whole neighborhood was talking about it.

We had our roof replaced due to hail. Eddie from Birdcreek Roofing handled everything, including coordinating with our insurance. The process was smooth and affordable. We made the leap and upgraded from shingle to metal. The new metal roof has helped tremendously with the summer heat, especially our 2nd floor. Thanks @Birkcreek Roofing for another job well done! #Austin

Great service. Spent time walking the roof and the attic to ensure we had the issue identified. Did a great job of explaining everything that needed to be done and why. Highly recommend them.

I imagined the process of dealing with insurance and hiring a contractor after we sustained storm damage was going to be a nightmare, but Kamron and his team made sure our experience was anything but. From helping us navigate our claim with the insurance adjuster in the very beginning, to keeping us informed throughout the process, to the cleanup around the yard once the crew finished the installation, they made everything incredibly easy on our end. Kamron was always available to answer questions, explain what was happening, and make sure we knew what to expect every step of the way. The crew did an excellent job and completed the entire installation in a single day. Not only was the install quick, but it shows quality craftsmanship. I can't recommend Birdcreek highly enough.

I had a small roof repair and tried to get two other companies to help who ghosted. Found Birdcreek and they did a great job, good price and were very professional. Kaleb and his team took great care of me. If you need a roof repair done, call Birdcreek!

Birdcreek Roofing put our new roof on and they were amazing to work with. Kaleb came out to check everything over and even came back to meet with our insurance adjuster and walk through everything with them. The whole process was easy and communication was great. Kaleb stayed on top of everything and got us on the schedule right away. The crew came out and had the entire roof done in one day. And the cleanup was impressive. You couldn’t even tell they had been there. Highly recommend Birdcreek Roofing and Kaleb if you need roofing work!

Undoubtedly the best experience I've had with a roofing company here in Austin. Eric took the time to demonstrate care, and keep us up to speed throughout the entire job. 10/10 will rehire if needed.

What Are Some Simple Ways to Care for a Metal Roof Metal roofs are known for their long lifespan, but a few simple maintenance habits can help keep them looking and performing their best. Here are a few easy tips: • Remove leaves and branches from roof valleys. • Keep gutters and downspouts clear. • Trim tree limbs that hang over the roof. • Look for loose flashing after major storms. • Watch for anything that could trap moisture against the roof. Most homeowners can perform a visual inspection from the ground, while more detailed inspections are best left to trained professionals. Routine maintenance helps identify small concerns before they become larger repairs. #StandingSeam #RoofCare #TexasRoofing #HomeMaintenance #AustinTX #WacoTX #CentralTexas #DFW #BeltonTX10 hours ago
