TLDR: HIRE THIS COMPANY!! I really did not want to leave this review as five stars and I will tell you why: I WANTED TO LEAVE 6! Did these gentlemen respond to my call, even when I did not leave a voicemail, as I was cold calling multiple places for an emergency fix? They did. Were they courteous, up front, honest, and most importantly, no pressure? They absolutely were. Did they offer to purchase new shingles, in the correct color, at no extra charge to me, after I shared I had mistakenly bought the wrong color? Yes! Did they arrive promptly, same day, after allowing me to send some photos of the repair area to provide an initial estimate? Surely they did. Most of all, was the work of the absolute highest quality, completed in good time and order, with care for craft and my piece of mind as the top priority? I can say, beyond a shadow of a doubt, YES! If you like a pushy sales pitch for services you may not need, an out of whack estimate (another unnamed business quoted my almost double the rate Real Great Roofing completed the job for), and have a month to wait, by all means, go to the other guys. But if you want the job done quickly, done right, by honest folks with integrity and character, call Real Great Roofing and tell them, “JJ from Google sent me!”

Roof and gutter cleaning complete - they even went above and beyond and did a free roof inspection to make sure that there were no potential problem areas that could cause a leak if unaddressed. Real Great Roofing did an amazing and fast job with the cleaning. Took good care not to damage the surrounding grass and gardening work, and were quick to complete the job.

TPO roof installation on a new flat roof build. They’re remarkably easy to work with as a general contractor. Recommend to both GCs and homeowners.

Drone inspections MISS far more than a homeowner or home buyer should be comfortable with. Here are a few results from one of Real Great Roofing's FREE In-Person Roof Inspections. These are issues you could NEVER see with a drone inspection. Call TODAY for your FREE Roof Inspection Summary: Widespread Improper Fastening Patterns and Asphalt Shingle Installation Description: This section of roof exhibits an installation defect observed across the entire roof. The visible separation between shingle courses indicates that the fastening locations do not properly secure the overlapping shingle layers together. While, no shingle failures have occurred yet in this area, the condition is consistent with the defect that caused the detached shingles shown in the prior photos and suggest the issue may be present throughout the roof installation. Photo 2 exhibits shingles that have become detached and can be lifted by hand due to improper nail placement. The nail was installed outside the manufacturers designated zone and failed to secure the shingle to the underlying course. Proper installation requires nails to penetrate the reinforced nailing strip where multiple shingle layers overlap. The detached shingle shown here is evidence of the installation defect and demonstrates the potential for additional shingles on the roof to experience similar failure. Improper shingle installation will void most manufacturer material warranties. ------ Call TODAY for your FREE Roof InspectionJul 7, 2026Call now
