Oscars installed my roof. I called him to verify that it was still under warranty, he stated that it was. I told him my new roof was leaking in 4 places. He proceeded to tell me he wouldn't fix it unless I paid him again. I got the leaks …

Let me start out by saying Arroyo Roofing is the same as A & H Roofing. They are scam artist that advertise all around town that they are licensed. They are not! Please call Business department for Houston County they will tell you. The owner is not Jorge is his brother in which I know personally. He no longer lives here. This man Jorge Arroyo is a criminal. Has charges and has been deported. Yet he is still doing business in Houston County.

Ramos Roofing recently installed an entire new roof, new guttering, and replaced some siding on my house. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Oscar and Nikki were very easy to work with. Communication was excellent. All of the crews were professional and friendly. The work site was kept clean. Work was completed in a very timely fashion. The price was very reasonable. All of the work was the very highest quality. My house is a large old Victorian with a very complicated roofline. Parts of the roof are asphalt shingles, rolled roofing, metal roofing, and some decorative cedar shingles. I was especially impressed with the way they cut and bent custom flashing for all of the strange angles. Everything was installed with outstanding craftsmanship. The fitting of the decorative cedar shingles is really impressive. The gutters were installed with really solid brackets, and around the front porch they added a custom made filler piece so that the guttering blends in perfectly. It's really nice not to get drenched going in or out the front of the house. The siding replacement was at least as good. Everything is neatly fitted and level. I never expect to need more roofing work, but if I did I would definitely call Ramos.

I first met this company while pumping gas and we were in search for a roofing company. So we met Oscar and he came out and gave us a quote and though he wasn’t the cheapest we just felt we can trust him to do a good job and good job they did . He got his guys out they set up and were organized and got to work. A little drizzle came and they stopped but came right back to it. There was a bit of trouble with the ceiling falling in but Oscar took care of it right away with a contractor who also did an awesome job . Ramos crew cleaned up and left . Though there is more that went on in this propane hiccups here and there , overall we are very pleased with our new roof and Ramos roofing ! We will pass them on to friends and family and also use them for gutters and other projects. Thanks Oscar and team.

It was a pleasure doing business with your company. Oscar quickly found where our leak was comming from and gave us a estimate, we also wanted a sky light replaced, Oscar could only have a custom assembly made. He quickly let me know of the increased cost I told him to proceed with the special order. When it arrived his crew contacted me so they could have access to install the sky light and fix the roof. The quality of the sky light was far better than the orginal. We are very pleased with it. His crew done an excellent job. They insured the job site stayed clean and when they finished you couldn't tell anyone had been in the area. They took before and after photo's and provided those with the final invoice. This is a company that I will use again when I need roof work. They pressure washed the roof of our Florida Room and resealed all the seams in the roof. This was something that I hadn't expected. The last rain storm the leaks were gone Oscar went above and beyond making sure I was satisfied with everything and I truly appreciate it. I’ve worked with many contractors on several projects/renovations and wish many more had your professionalism, expertise and honesty. Thanks again!
